Attacking Spirits Of Today

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

     Do you feel like you are being tested with one trial after another?  I know I have and I’m still attacked by the twerp (devil) almost daily.  It seems the more we do for the Lord, the more he attacks, and the more we're blessed daily.  

     As I recommended to you, we watched Rabbi Jonathan Cahn and did Passover with him.  He explained and did the Jewish way, then the Christian way and why.  Everyone loved it.  Had a great time and I’ll continue to do the 4 major Jewish holidays until Jesus comes – then we’ll have it with Him for eternity. My Leg of Lamb was tough and burnt to a crisp.  But the Holy Spirit showed me what to do - and the next one I cooked came out perfectly PTL!

     The spiritual attacks are happening ferociously, especially to the church right now, because we’re almost at the End Of The Church Age.  We are being tested to grow in Christ, to see if we will stand or give up and seek the world's (devil’s) way?  It’s a choice the church is being made to check where their hearts are.  For out of the heart, man speaks, Luke 6:45.  We have such a good Abba, that He's giving the church time to repent and come back to Him, before it's to late.

     If we keep one foot in the world, and one in Heaven, we will be torn in half.  You cannot have two masters at opposite ends.  Would you wait 3,000 years for someone who doesn’t really want you?  Someone who gave His life so He could be with you for eternity – when they really don’t want anything to do with you?

     Our Lord Jesus is so in love with us and cares about everything we do and always wants the best for His Bride – But if you don’t love the groom why should you marry Him or why should the Groom gift you with His Love, when you won’t even acknowledge Him?

     This is why these hindering spirits are attacking us, to make us give up and turn back to the twerp [worldly ways].

     Have you had trouble with a broken heart?

Psalm 34:18

“The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart,
And saves such as have a contrite spirit.”

Proverbs 15:13

“A merry heart makes a cheerful countenance,
But by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.”

Jesus made a way you CAN OVERCOME BY knowing YOU CAN IN HIM: 

Isaiah 53:4a

“Surely He has borne our griefs
And carried our sorrows;”

     So the burdens of a heart broken, is not what He wants for you, only the twerp wants you oppressed or depressed to turn you away from your Lord.  Jesus took that on the cross for you.  Use Philippians 4:8.  “Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.”  In other words, change your thinking, dwelling from the negative to what you have and PRAISE HIM. 

     The spirit of deception works right along with the broken spirit in that,

1 John 4:6

“But we belong to God, and those who know God listen to us. If they do not belong to God, they do not listen to us. That is how we know if someone has the Spirit of truth or the spirit of deception.

     So only in God, through the Spirit of Truth we overcome.

     Having trouble sleeping?  There’s a spirit for that as well – Job had a hard time with it.

Job 4:13-14

13. “In disquieting thoughts from the visions of the night,
When deep sleep falls on men,

14  Fear came upon me, and trembling,
Which made all my bones shake.”

     Anything that causes FEAR in your life IS NOT FROM GOD.  Yes, He disciplines His children, but He does not scare them to death, or beat them up!  Job was being attacked daily yet always repeated the promises of the Word.  You can too, Isaiah 54:17 by speaking until you believe it; “No weapon formed against you[me] shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You [God] shall condemn.  This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the LORD.

     There are other little demons running around too.  But we do not need to fear them, for greater is God in you, then the twerps in the world 1 John 4:4.

     If you think you’re alone in this, think again… Acts 5:16 says, “Also a multitude gathered from the surrounding cities to Jerusalem, bringing sick people and those who were tormented by unclean spirits, and they were all healed.”

     You might want to start adding this to your daily prayers, Matthew 6:13, And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one.  For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.”  Notice, the temptation is from the evil one, not God!  So start changing your words from “Why ME God?” to “Remember your Word says…” John 14:26.  I WILL TRUST IN YOU, for you ARE THE ONLY TRUTH and LIGHT!
