Insert Your Key Door #1 - Authority

SF, Stagecoach, NV
Dear Brothers & Sisters in My Family,
You know in the Bible, it says go back to your first love in Revelation 2:4-5, ‘But I have this against you, that you have left your first love.  [5]‘Therefore remember from where you have fallen, and repent and do the deeds you did at first; or else I am coming to you and will remove your lampstand out of its place—unless you repent.  This was the last church of Laodicea, a city ruled by the people.
Your first love is what you learned from God as you started reading the Bible.  Abba [God] started my ministry in the healing gift, so I know not to confess the problem, just the answer.  Unfortunately, the world says, “what’s wrong” so you tell them.  At least I did.  Anyway, I was watching Rev. Kenneth Copeland [KCM] on You Tube and got reminded of that very thing, which is the reason I was feeling so yucky.
So I repented when I finished watching and Praise The Lord for His gentle reminder and confessed “I’m in the body of Christ, I have His DNA flowing in my body.  He has no sickness or disease; therefore neither do I. – in Jesus’ Name.  Today, no pain, feeling great!  His desire is to bless us, but when we confess anything other than what’s in agreement with the Word – He cannot go against His Word, and neither can the angels.
I’m sure you know, when you see a “THEREFORE” you should go back a few versus and see what you are there for.  Also, should you want to watch KCM, you can go here: Preparing in Faith to Receive  1 Hr  25 Min.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RQbwNWYfGs4  Profile of Faith: Believe It, Say It, Do It! 1 Hr 59 Min  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J4yTdlX9wHw  Both are worth watching - let me know what you think.  It's how I learned to take the Word, at it's Word, and not start anymore small fires within me, as the book of James says.

From Chapter 6. INSERT YOUR KEY DOOR #1 - AUTHORITY.............pages 109-120
There are six literal keys mentioned in the Bible.  Four keys give us access to spiritual doors that lock and unlock the power of God available to us on earth.  The last two keys are for God’s angels to use after rapture.  The next three chapters are about the four keys God has given us and how He expects us to use them.  With these keys and your decision to use them, you’ll see how the Power of God can manifest in your life.  In the summary, we will talk about the two keys God is allowing only the angels to use.
Using the Greek definition of the word key, a keeper of the keys has the power to open and shut, and denotes power and authority of various kinds.  In both cases, we’ll see who God gave the keys to, what power they have, and how He intended them to be used.
The keys are used for authority, knowledge, death, Hades, the bottomless pit, and the abyss.  Unlike “Let’s Make A Deal” we have access to all four doors.  But instead of bidding for what might be the right door, all of these doors lead to God’s power and blessings beyond your wildest dreams.  God’s only requirement is that you use the keys He’s provided.
These doors separate the spiritual realm from the natural realm.  The purpose of each door is to make sure nothing goes in or out, unless we say so.  God has the master key and He’s made keys for his children, but until we use them, we hinder His strength on earth.

Job 12:14  “Behold, He tears down, and it cannot be rebuilt; He imprisons a man, and there can be no release.”

This is not a secret that God has kept to Himself.  In fact, somewhere between 2000 - 1800 B.C., Job first mentions that what God imprisons no one can release.  Again around 700 B.C. God revealed this knowledge through Isaiah.  Finally, Jesus and the disciples make several references to what the keys can accomplish in the New Testament.  I get the impression He didn’t wants us to forget we have them.  Why?  It’s specific power that He’s given us against His enemy!
I have a key to my mom’s house and I wouldn’t think twice about using it to enter her home, because she gave me the key just for that purpose.  When I’m at her house, if I’m hungry, I check her fridge to see what I have a taste for, then she fixes it.  If I’m tired, I rest on her bed.  Mom can visit any of my sisters whenever she wants, but it makes her feel good when we go to her home, and we sit at her table, sharing what’s happening in our lives.  Do you think our Father in Heaven is any different?

Matthew 6:10  “Thy kingdom comeThy will be done, On earth as it is in Heaven.”

Jesus let us know in the one and only prayer He taught His disciples that it’s God’s will that earth become just like Heaven.  To accomplish this, we need His authority just as Jesus did.  That’s what these keys are all about.  To open or close the doors to spiritual forces of His kingdom to the twerp  [satan] and his minions working here on earth.

NUMBERS PLAY A PART IN UNDERSTANDING THE BIBLE
Different numbers in the Bible have different meanings.  An example would be six for the number of man and seven for the number of God.  It’s not an absolute that every time you see a reference to the number six it’s going to be about man.  Yet we can get a general sense for what a number may refer to.  The reason I bring this up, is because the Holy Spirit has given me some unique tidbits that pertain to this chapter, and I wanted to share them with you first.

Ezekiel 37:9  “Then He said to me, “Prophesy to the winds, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, ‘Thus says the Lord God, “Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they come to life.”’”
Revelation 7:1 After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth, so that no wind should blow on the earth or on the sea or on any tree.
Matthew 1:1-2  “The book of the genealogy of Jesus Christ,....  To Abraham was born Isaac; and to Isaac, Jacob; and to Jacob, Judah and his brothers;” And of course it goes on until Jesus.

The number four is used in Ezekiel and Revelation just to name a few, and refers to the four corners or winds of the earth.  So we can safely assume that when we see the number four revealed it probably concerns something about the earth.
The first key we see is for the house of David who came from the tribe of Judah.  This key can be used by anyone on earth from the tribe of Judah.  This includes Christians.  For we’ve been grafted in to Abraham’s seed, and are part of the body of Christ, who was born a Judean.
Did you notice that Judah was the fourth generation from Abraham and was the fourth child of Jacob?  And all these men were used to release the changes/power on the earth.  Just another way for us to see that through the house of David, all the promises made, are available to every Christian through Jesus Christ.

Genesis 2:2-3And by the seventh day God completed His work which He had done; and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done.  Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.”
1 Samuel 16:10-11 “Thus Jesse made seven of his sons pass before Samuel,  But Samuel said to Jesse, “The Lord has not chosen these.”  And Samuel said to Jesse, “Are these all the children?”  And he said, “There remains yet the youngest,...” the eight David a new king.

The number eight is used as a new beginning and fresh start as we see in Genesis.  Everything was done on days one through seven, so the eighth day starts new.  David was the eighth child of Jesse, a man whom God wanted to make a new start with, since Saul, whom God formerly blessed, had refused to obey Abba.
The number eight also shows God’s mercy.  If we miss the mark and sin, He is willing to start fresh because of the blood covering us.  This is revealed when each time we sin and repent, He is faithful to forgive us and remembers no more, so each day can be a new beginning in God. Amen!
The number 10 is used for responsibility.  From Adam to Noah there were 10 generations.  From Noah to Abraham there were 10 generations.  Each man made a commitment and accepted responsibility from God to rule the earth, obey the laws, and follow His ordinances accordingly.  Each man multiplied and was blessed both in name and possessions through their obedience to their covenant with God, which all the Israelite's were responsible to keep.
Also, let’s not forget that the 10 Commandments were given to the earth.  My point here is that we have a responsibility to fulfill.  Once we’ve taken up the cross of Jesus and became His priests (1 Peter 2:9, Revelation 1:6) we are responsible to serve Him with our spirit, soul and body.
I hope this gives you a little better insight into the chapters to come.  There are many teachings available, but I particularly like Benny Hinn’s Tabernacle of Witness teachings.  The Tabernacle on earth was created from a reflection of the Tabernacle in Heaven and reflects the fullness of Christ.

BEHIND DOOR #1
The first key mentioned works the door of authority.

Isaiah 22:22 Then I will set the key of the house of David on his shoulder, When he opens no one will shut, When he shuts no one will open.”

This key is specifically for the house of David.  As a grafted in member of David’s lineage, it is on our shoulders also, and that means it’s our responsibility to use it.
Since Jesus is our brother and a direct descendant of David, this key is part of our inheritance and we are responsible for using it.  And you should know that this key is so powerful, that even Houdini couldn’t tamper with it.

What do we have authority over?

The first thing we need to understand is what God says we have authority over and are to rule over.

Genesis 1:26  “Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”
Genesis 1:28  “And God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

Yes, God’s original plan with Adam, gave him full authority to rule over any of these four items.
1) Any fish of the sea
2) Any birds of the air
3) Any animals
4) Any creeping thing that creeps
In fact, God also told Adam that as he multiplied and filled the earth he was to also subdue it.  The Hebrew word for subdue means to keep control of whatever you rule.  So God was telling Adam what he’s been given would grow in quantity and he should not loose control over it.
I feel it’s important to bring out here that nowhere in the Bible were we given authority over mankind.  God planned for other people to exist, because in Genesis 1:26 He said, “let them rule.”  So it wasn’t because there was just Adam at that time.
Jesus reveals in the New Testament, that man was created by God and belonged to God alone, not other men.  The reality is simply that those who are in the family of God, those who were Kings and Priests throughout the Bible and beyond, are only accountable to God (Romans 9:21).
Even though Adam lost his authority and control over all the earth, it’s important to remember what God’s will was.  He wanted Adam to start with it.  Why?  Because the second Adam, Jesus, would get it all back and then some!

I Corinthians 15:22  “For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all shall be made alive.”
Matthew 8:27  And the men marveled, saying, even the winds and the sea obey Him?
Matthew 10:8  “Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons; freely you have received, freely give.”
Matthew 21:20  “And seeing this, the disciples marveled, saying, How did the fig tree wither at once.”
Mark 6:7  “And He summoned the twelve and began to send them out in pairs; and He was giving then authority over the unclean spirits;
I Corinthians 7:37a  “But he who stands firm in his heart, being under no constraint, but has authority over his own will,…”
Revelation 2:26  “And he who overcomes, and he who keeps My deeds until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations;”

As you can see in Corinthians 15, everything we lost, or all that died through Adam was restored and made alive again through Jesus.  For even greater detail on this, read Romans 5:12-21.  But, when Jesus came, we were not only restored to God, but given grace and mercy so that we could obey the 10 Commandments, which the Israelites could not obey under the law.  We don’t just have a fighting chance to have eternity with our Lord now, we can overcome any situation dealt to us through His power and the keys He’s given us.
Jesus gave us additional power over the unclean spirits that inhabit this earth.  Also, in 1 Corinthians 7, I know they are talking about a father and his virgin daughter, but beyond that I see that any man who stands firm in his heart for the Lord can have authority over himself.  Before Christ, we served the lust of our bodies and minds with no hope of change.  Today, we can decide what our bodies will do and where they we’ll go.  We’re in control, freely choosing what we want.
If Jesus had authority to do something, so do we.  Including having authority over the winds, seas, nations, and power to wither trees, heal the sick, raise the dead, and more.
There are also other scriptures in which we learn what Jesus gave us power over, such as:    Matthew 21:21We can cast a mountain into the sea!  Many have problem with this, but if it helps, the mountain can also represent any problem.
•  Mark 3:14-15We have authority to cast out demons and tell them were to go!  They really hate it when you know your authority!
•  Luke 10:19We have authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and ALL POWER over the enemy
So, never think that you’ve been left behind (at least not before the Rapture!) or are helpless in your situation.  All along, the power has been available to you.  You have just lacked knowledge, and it’s not God’s will that any should perish.

 What am I responsible for?
You are responsible to take care of and subdue what God has given you.  For you have nothing on your own, but what God has given.
You need to prioritize your life and get it in alignment with the Word.  First is your relationship with God.  Second is your family relationship, and third comes your job and outside activities.  All of which require you to love your neighbor as yourself.  These are detailed in Romans 13:8-10, Ephesians 5, Colossians 3, Titus 2 and 1Peter 3, which tell you how you’re to act towards all mankind.  This is not just a responsibility, but a command from God.  If you haven’t studied these before, or it’s been a long time since you’ve read them, I highly recommend you read them again.  For until you get your priorities in alignment with God’s Word, He can’t bless you with the abundance that Jesus said He came for.
We need to seek God, change our ways, and get working for our Lord.  Of course when you do this the twerp gets a little upset.  So that’s why this first key of authority is the first step we need learn.

BINDING & LOOSENING – THIS KEY CONTROLS THE DOOR!
Matthew 16:19  “I will give you the keys of the kingdom of Heaven; and whatever you shall bind on earth shall be bound in Heaven, and whatever you shall loose on earth shall be loosed in Heaven.”

Did you notice that the key only works when we use it?  Pay attention in Matthew 16:19 to “whatever” you loose or bind on earth shall be done in Heaven!  Wow, what power!  With this key no one in the spiritual realm can go in or out unless we let them.  Think about it, if you use this key, it gives you the authority and power to stop the devil from stealing, killing, and destroying.  The twerp works by…
      • Stealing the Word and your answered prayers and blessings.
• Killing your loved ones before their time and acceptance of salvation.
• Destroying your land through famine, disease, extreme weather, and whatever else the twerp can think of.

The authority Jesus gave every Christian with this key is not earthly, but spiritual, and it controls the Heavens thereby affecting the earth.  Imagine - we only need to speak it to be able turn the key.  This key locks or unlocks our authority to bind the devil and break his power over us or loose the angels to work on our behalf here on earth.
The twerp will attack you physically, mentally, financially, and legally - whatever it takes.  All of these attacks start in the spiritual realm and then manifest themselves on earth.  We fight these attacks in the spirit, by using the keys God’s given us.  As we destroy the devil’s strongholds, we literally break his power.  The reverse holds true if we don’t use them.  The twerp will have free reign to destroy us, our families, and the body of Christ.

FOLLOW HIS STEPS AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS
John 5:30  “I can do nothing on My own initiative.  As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.”
Luke 8:24  “And they came to Him and woke Him up, saying, “Master, Master, we are perishing!”  And being aroused, He rebuked the wind and the surging waves, and they stopped, and it became calm.”

From the beginning, Jesus told us that what He did was only the Father’s will.  In fact, Jesus was not able to do any miracles, signs, or wonders on His own.  So, if we’re told to follow as Jesus did, should we not do the same?
The answer is in taking the next step.  When we pray, we know that if we do not pray the will of God, our prayers are not answered.  Yet when we ask for something, for the same reasons Jesus did, we can have the assurance it will come to pass, because it is the will of God.  Do you see the correlation?
So what we need to learn is that we are in a similar situation that Jesus was in.  We can apply His response to our circumstance.  If you can grasp this concept and apply it, you will get the same results.  It’s how we can do what Jesus did DWJD.
When it comes to Jesus, I’ve learned to take the Word literally.  In my case, it wasn’t necessary for me to be on a boat in bad weather like Jesus, just traveling in it built my faith.  Here’s an event God put in my life to show me that what He did for Jesus, He’ll do for me.
My Mom and I were driving home from Minnesota to Illinois in January, about 400 miles.  We decided to leave on Saturday so we’d have a day to regroup before returning to work on Monday.  Unknown to us, a blizzard was forecasted to hit that day.  Mom and I started talking about what Jesus did by stopping a major storm at sea to protect His scared disciples.  We knew that any weather that could kill us was not the will of God.  So we decided to agree in prayer and claim His Word.  We then prayed for our safety and protection all the way home.  We bound the devil from the weather and finally loosed the ministering spirits to make sure the roads were dry.  At first Mom and I were hesitant about asking for the dry roads part driving 70 mph.  After all, Jesus didn’t pray for the water to be evaporated.  But driving on the snow was the dangerous part, not the snow coming down, so we hoped God would agree.
For hours, we had snow falling on the trunk of the car -- that’s right, the trunk - but the wheels were on dry roads!  Believe it, the clouds literally parted in front of us, creating a narrow strip where the sun came down on the highway. Praise the Lord!  That was a sight to behold.  What a faith building answer to prayer.
Years later, when I was contemplating what God had done in my life, He reminded me of this answered prayer and told me that for Moses, Elijah, and Elisha He had parted the waters, and for me he parted the Heavens.  The same power He gave the people in the Old Testament is alive today, in Jesus’ name for US
The key that unlocks your authority is this…

1) As you pray for something or someone, pray according to the goodness of Abba and His Word.  Use Jesus’ examples.  You don’t have to memorize them, but ask for what Abba says He wants in our lives.
2) Bind or lock the door on the devil from using his power against you.  You have authority over him -- use it!
3) Then loose or unlock the door for the ministering spirits to accomplish what you’ve prayed for.  If you’re praying according to the Word, you can expect and believe in the same results Jesus had.
Remember, God used ravens, angels, and enemies, just to mention a few, to bring to His people what they needed.  So don’t box God in on how He should do it, just believe and Praise Him for the answer.

Blessings to all who read the blog and keep the Faith being AMAZED of how much more He has for you, as you seek new goals for 2018.  I promise you, there is so much more the Holy Spirit wants to reveal to you thru His Word.  I pray for ALL of you nightly.

Sandy F. – The Lord’s Servant
