Disciples We're Told - Would Be Fishers Of Men - THAT's US!

Stagecoach, NV
Dear Brothers & Sisters,

Below, Matthew is so clear about what God is interested in and not interested in.  Since we’re so close to the return of Jesus, I felt it would be a good topic to discuss.  Are you a live fish, or a dead one that gets caught in the net?  Our Lord cares as much for the “unsaved” as He does the “saved” after all, He created ALL mankind not desiring that one should perish.
[Matthew 13:47-50 NASB] [47] "Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a dragnet cast into the sea, and gathering fish of every kind; [48] and when it was filled, they drew it up on the beach; and they sat down and gathered the good fish into containers, but the bad they threw away. [49] "So it will be at the end of the age; the angels will come forth and take out the wicked from among the righteous, 50 and will throw them into the furnace of fire; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

This Scripture explains what a “good” fish versus a “bad” one is.  There are so many different religions, nations, and ideas of mankind, just like the sea is filled with so many various urchin types – all of which were created by God.
God is not interested in; the type of urchin you may be, what church you go to, or man made doctrine you follow.  If your FAITH [belief] is in your own works.  If you’re reflecting man and the worlds’ ways, then you’re a dead [stinky] fish, that will be “thrown into the furnace of fire”
What He cares about; if you’re alive, hungry and thirsty to seek His righteousness.  Do you pray for God’s will to be done in your life and others?  He wants a RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU!
He’s not classifying you based on type, but have you asked Jesus for forgiveness and to come into your life, then becoming; a servant, who’s honest, loving, giving, with humility in serving others.
To me, the bottom line is to strive in understanding, knowledge, and wisdom, so others see the light of Jesus within us, and desire what we have.
God knew in advance that [Matthew 13:26 NASB] "But when the wheat sprouted and bore grain, then the tares became evident also. ...” His solution was in, [Matthew 13:30 NASB]  ‘“Allow both to grow together until the harvest; and in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, "First gather up the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them up; but gather the wheat into my barn.’”

We need to “Preach the Gospel” which is listed 61 times in the New Testament.  Starting in [Mark 16:15 NASB] And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.”  Ending in [Revelation 14:6 NASB] “And I saw another angel flying in mid-heaven, having an eternal gospel to preach to those who live on the earth, and to every nation and tribe and tongue and people;”  I do believe that covers ALL mankind, saved and unsaved.
I’m not trying to judge anyone, but remind you not to give up through any trial or tribulation you might be going through.  What’s important to remember, is that He promised NEVER TO LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU and that yesterday is gone, but you still have today to change anything that doesn’t please Abba [Father].  As long as we’re alive, He’s keeping the door open for “whosoever will” let Him in when He knocks at your door.  As [Revelation 3:20 NASB] says, “'Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me.”  What a GOOD GOD we have!  In Jesus’ Name.

Blessings to all who read the blog and “study to show yourself approved, in His Word.”  Keep the Faith and be AMAZED how much more you learn, as you read and re-read the Bible.  I promise you, there is so much more the Holy Spirit wants to reveal to you.  I pray for ALL of you nightly,

Sandy F. – The Lord’s Servant
