You Are Equipped To Fight

Stagecoach, NV
Dear Brothers & Sisters,
As a born-again believer who is filled with the Holy Spirit, you ARE equipped to go into battle for yourself, family and intercede for others.
But you must remember, our weapons are not carnal as the Word says:

2 Corinthians 10:4 NKJV
3  “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh,
4  for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses."
We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ,
6  and we are ready to punish all disobedience, whenever your obedience is complete.”

As you see above, to fight in the flesh is useless, it will only work if your warfare is the way Father Daddy tells us to, THEN you become divinely powerful for the destruction of pulling down fortresses – as David did in Joshua 6:2-5.  God told them how Jericho would fall, by His plan – Joshua obeyed and did it God’s way and they took Jericho for Israel.
There are many instances in the OT where Daddy gave instructions to different men, for different reasons and they ALWAYS overcame with minimal loss, if any.
Since Daddy is the same; yesterday, today and tomorrow (us now) don’t let the enemy tell you we don’t have to follow the OT Laws of Moses today.  For Dad hasn’t changed to act on what’s right, for His people or to send delivers when needed to His people.  Also, Dad provided ministering spirits to help out when needed.  So WE HAVE ALL THE SPIRITUAL HELP WE NEED, IF we’re obedient in the Lord.

Hebrews 1:14 NASB
“Are they not all ministering spirits,
sent out to render service
 for the sake of those
who will inherit salvation
"

We don’t have to worry about rebuking a spirit (demon) unlike Michael the archangel, when he disputed with the devil, about the body of Moses, Michael did not dare pronounce against the twerp a railing judgment, but said, “The Lord rebuke you! Michael did not have the authority to command the devil (twerp) to do anything, unless Dad told him he could, so Michael left it in the Lord’s hands to do it.  Yet in our New Covenant, we have been given the authority to do just that!

Matthew 10:7-8 NKJV
7  "And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’
8  "Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.”

So we see in the Word, WE HAVE THE AUTHORITY TODAY to cast out demons – and a whole lot more, because the Holy Spirit lives within us!  Not only that, but Dad has given us His keys of the Kingdom of heaven.  Dad gave you a set of keys to come into Heaven whenever you want.  That’s how special you are to Him!

Matthew 16:19 NASB
 "I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven;
and whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven,
and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven."

This is the choice YOU have to make.  Do you want to continue being miserable, broken, busted?  Or do you want to be SET FREE?  If you haven’t asked, I asked Dad to make me a robot, so I wouldn’t mess up doing His will in my life.  Needless to say, He said no way – IF you don’t freely choose to follow and believe in ME while on earth, that’s your choice and you’ll not suffer MY Love in Heaven or on earth.
It’s time to stand up and fight the enemy with our words.  Jesus asked His Father to give us His Power (John 17:3-6).  So never doubt, we have the Power of Christ within us and can overcome evil in every situation (Revelation 12:11).
The Word tells us the angels are a little higher than humans (Hebrews 2:7), yet they too had to fight the spirits of the air with help (Daniel 10:12-13).  Since Romans 8:9 says that “we are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit” then our prayers affect the Spiritual realm including the “prince of the power of the air” and his cohorts.  How?
1)  Start with interceding for God’s ministering spirits and the work they’ve been called on earth to do.  They’re fighting on our behalf and the manifestation of our prayers.  Because we have the power of Jesus in us and the Holy Spirit to guide us, by binding the enemy against interfering with God’s plans, we can strengthen God’s army.  So lift up your sword (Word), for that’s all the enemy understands and must obey in Jesus’ Name.
Start taking your authority; morning, noon and night, to protect your family, prodigals, widows, orphans, your neighbors and the unsaved.  Don’t stop until the battle is won for each of them.
2)  Be renewed and strengthened in His Word.  Pray every time you read the Word, Ephesians 1:17- 20 and make it personal.  Pray that our Dad, the Father of Jesus and us, will give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Jesus.  Ask to have your eyes and heart opened, flooded with the hope of His calling and the power manifested in you because you believe.
3)  ASK for the Holy Spirit to guide you in what to say and do.  The more we depend on Him, the stronger we’ll be and He thru us.  ASK for the “joy of the Lord” to give you strength, as you fight each battle.
We all have specific jobs to accomplish.  Don’t worry about the differences in what others have been called to do – just finish your race!
THIS IS A WAR WE’RE IN, a battle for the very souls of mankind.  We have help – ministering angels (Hebrews 1:13-14) and we have the power and authority of Christ, to aid them in doing their work.  Yes, angels are strong, but to help them, we can command every demon and ungodly spirit out of their path to help those we intercede for.  So let’s plough the field, so they can do quickly what they need to do, in the air and on earth to help us (Luke 6:38).
Remember, we’re ALL HIS WARRIORS, so draw your sword.  It’s time to do some spiritual battle against the enemy and win!

Psalms 34:7
The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear Him,
And rescues them
.”

Blessings to all of you - see you Sunday, the Lord willing.  I’ll continue to pray for you Ephesians 1:18-19.

Ephesians 1:18-19 NASB
I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believeThese are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might
