Matthew 25 - What's Jesus Saying To Us?

SF, Stagecoach, NV

Dear Brothers, Sisters, Prodigals and Unsaved,

Our Lessons in Matthew will always have such topics as; "How To" Live our Lives Today, Healings, Miracles, Deliverance and more.  Today will see; what we need in the, Parable Of Ten Virgins, Parable Of The Talents, and The Judgment.
So hang in there - Abba [God] wrote this all down, for His Children to have the knowledge we need to get through these crazy days.  Thereby knowing the truth, we're set-free by Jesus' Victory, we have victory, when we say and do what Jesus did.  Plus understand what Heaven is like and will be on earth
E V E N T A U L L Y so we can preach; a Godly life, overcome the world [enemy] today. The world is the twerp's [satan's] playground.  Thankfully if you know your authority, he can only play hit & miss with you ie., I had a stroke, only in hospital [for testing] 3 days. Little to no affect on my body, compared to many I know who have had stokes - PTL!
As I told you last Thursday, most of Chapters 24-25 are mostly in RED lettering, about the return of Christ, when He comes in the clouds, to rapture/gathering away the Church.

25:1-13  Parable Of Ten Virgins:

1-3  [Matthew 25:1-3 NKJV] 1 "Then the kingdom of heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2 "Now five of them were wise, and five [were] foolish. 3 "Those who [were] foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them,"
The 10 virgins here, represent 10 humans, 5 ready for Jesus and 5 not.  The oil represents your being sanctified.  Which are you - ready or not?
Heaven is equivalent of Abba's children who understand there is a waiting period, just like the Wedding Feast.  First a Son finds a woman he likes [no dating is allowed], tells his Father he found the woman he wants to marry.  Then Dad and Son, go to her, asking if she was in agreement.  If she is, then the Son gives her engagement gifts - which she accepts, then Father and Son, write up an marriage agreement with the woman.  When they both agree, they sign the nuptials and basically - they both act as if they are married, [forsaking all others].  The ceremony won't start, until the Son goes home and builds a place for them to live.  This may take a year or so - back then, no one was assured of an exact date.  Exclusively it's not until the Father approves of the building his Son has made, that's he's allowed to go get his bride and have the ceremony, which lasts for seven days, [the 7 days also represents the 7 year tribulation]  This follows what Jesus is doing:
The waiting time is what we, the church are doing now for Jesus to come for us.  As far as this parable goes, the main point, is to be ready; each day until Jesus does comes.  We can't be upset with the Groom, because He says "HE DESIRES TO GET US NOW."
[Luke 12:49 NKJV] 49 "I came to send fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled!
That means: He was here, and I AM coming back - just waiting on the Father's approval to come back for us!

4-9  [Matthew 25:4-9 NKJV] 4 "but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
5 "But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept. 6 "And at midnight a cry was [heard]: 'Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!' 7 "Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. 8 "And the foolish said to the wise, 'Give us [some] of your oil, for our lamps are going out.' 9 "But the wise answered, saying, '[No], lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.' "
Don't give up your redemption, to play in the world - thinking you can repent later.  Like the foolish ones who neglected to have oil they truly did not know Jesus.  We are the light of the world.
The real symbol of oil becomes clear when we read about Aaron, Israel’s first priest, who was anointed with oil as it consecrated him and his sons to serve as priests for God which you can read about in [Exodus 30:30-32].  Today, God still anoints people but it is not with oil but by His Holy Spirit [1 John 2:27and that making them anything, but ordinary people, because they now become the children of God with all the promises and authority, Jesus had.  We attain this by faith in Jesus Christ. (Galatians 3:26).

10-13  [Matthew 25:10-13 NKJV] 10 "And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. 11 "Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, 'Lord, Lord, open to us!' 12 "But he answered and said, 'Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.' 13 "Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming."
This Scripture tells us, don't be late, have plenty of oil [good works] so you will have plenty of rewards in Heaven and be welcomed there, instead of missing the boat.
How many times does Abba have to remind the children of the world - TIME IS SHORT - it's now or never.  I know as a 3 year old, when I knew about Abba's love for me.  In fact I wanted to be a nun to serve Him.  I don't think I'd have made a good one, but thankfully He knew my heart, and had another way for me.  I was preordained to serve Him - at the ripe old age of 27.  Only a short 25 years later.  Needless to say, He forgave me for all the worldly living I did in those 25 years - PTL!  Now, I wouldn't want to live a day without Abba, Jesus or the Holy Spirit.
[Jeremiah 1:5 NKJV] "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations."
If He did it for; Jeremiah, Samuel, Samson, John the Baptist, Jesus and many others - He's done it for us too.
[Psalm 139:16 NKJV] "Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When [as yet there were] none of them."

25:14-30  Parable Of The Talents:

14-18  [Matthew 25:14-18 NKJV] 14 "For [the kingdom of heaven is] like a man traveling to a far country, [who] called his own servants [us] and delivered his goods to them. 15 "And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to each according to his own ability; and immediately he went on a journey. 16 "Then he who had received the five talents went and traded with them, and made another five talents. 17 "And likewise he who [had received] two gained two more also. 18 "But he who had received one went and dug in the ground, and hid his lord's money.
Jesus promised He'd travel with us, every day, to the nations if necessary.  While you do His work.
[Matthew 28:19-20 NKJV] 19 "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 "teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, [even] to the end of the age." Amen.
Jesus said in He'd be with you - not only that, He only sends you to accomplish what you've learned and are capable of doing. That's why He gave different money amounts to each.  What we do with them, is up to us.  Will you bury what He's given you?
Remember, I told you about my dream?  I certainly didn't want to go in front of thousands of people to preach in that open field.  But this blog, gives me peace - and I certainly enjoy helping others tremendously.  He even had my parents name me Sandra, meaning in Hebrew "Helper of mankind."  Ezra's name means "Helper." [they didn't have internet back in those days or we might have had the same name - haha.

19-27  [Matthew 25:19-27 NKJV] 19 "After a long time the lord of those servants came and settled accounts with them. 20 "So he who had received five talents came and brought five other talents, saying, 'Lord, you delivered to me five talents; look, I have gained five more talents besides them.' 21 "His lord said to him, 'Well [done], good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.' 22 "He also who had received two talents came and said, 'Lord, you delivered to me two talents; look, I have gained two more talents besides them.' 23 "His lord said to him, 'Well [done], good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.'
24 "Then he who had received the one talent came and said, 'Lord, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you have not sown, and gathering where you have not scattered seed. 25 'And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the ground. Look, [there] you have [what is] yours.' 26 "But his lord answered and said to him, 'You wicked and lazy servant, you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed. 27 'So you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers, and at my coming I would have received back my own with interest."
And we're still waiting for the "landlord" Jesus to come back for us!  In this parable we're being told, that based on what He's given us, our reward will be, on what we've done with it.
Of Course, the one who did nothing, because he was afraid buried it.  Anytime you bury what you've received from Jesus - it's not pleasing to Him.  Jesus expects a harvest, with what He sowed - HIS LIFE and so much more [Isaiah 53:2-7].
Also note, just because you asked Jesus into your life, then do nothing with your New Life in Him.  The landlord [Jesus] will call you "a wicked and lazy servant."  A wicked person is not someone who is Godly or involved with Jesus - SO BEWARE!

28-30  [Matthew 25:28-30 NKJV] 28 'Therefore take the talent from him, and give [it] to him who has ten talents. 29 'For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. 30 'And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.' "
So many have locked into the idea - once saved always saved.  and YES, He promised never to leave or forsake you.  But if you willfully continued to sin, you may get disciplined, but Abba doesn't disown you.  Unless of course, you repent and return to Him.
But nothing in the Word says, IF YOU leave or forsake Him that you'll still enter heaven.  This man in our example sure didn't.

25:31-46  The Judgment

31-33  [Matthew 25:31-33 NKJV] 31 "When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. 32 "All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides [his] sheep from the goats. 33 "And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.
Sheep and goats usually exhibit different behaviorGoats are naturally curious and independent, while sheep tend to be more distant and aloof.
With this passage, He's alluding to the job of a shepherd. When a shepherd would take the sheep out to pasture, the goats would often go with them. The job of the shepherd was to make sure that they remain separate. With this analogy, Jesus is speaking here of a time of reward, a time of judgment. When the Son of Man returns to earth and sits on His glorious throne, the nations must be judged according to how they have treated His people, the Jews. After thousands of years of persecution, the Jews will finally have their day of vindication.
    The
goats represent the nations/people who went against ISRAEL during their lifetime.
[John 10:3 NKJV] "To him [Jesus] the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out."
I saw a film one time, where a shepherd put a couple of logs, in an X formation [fence] to keep the sheep in and the shepherd slept next to the logs, to keep them protected.  Only problem was, the
goats kept trying to jump the logs to get out.  I don't know why, but they didn't want the protection of the shepherd, or maybe they got hungry and the grass was greener on the other side?

34-40  [Matthew 25:34-40 NKJV] 34 "Then the King will say to those on His right hand, 'Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 'for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 'I [was] naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.' 37 "Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed [You], or thirsty and give [You] drink? 38 'When did we see You a stranger and take [You] in, or naked and clothe [You]? 39 'Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?' 40 "And the King will answer and say to them, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did [it] to one of the least of these My brethren, you did [it] to Me.'
Jesus is telling the righteous [us], when we see someone with a need, IF you help them, you are helping Him.
[1 Peter 4:8 NKJV] "And above all things have fervent love for one another, for "love will cover a multitude of sins."
All children are created by Abba.  He's still waiting for some to come to Him, and accept His only Son, Jesus - to enter into Heaven.  That's why the Word tells us,
[2 Peter 3:9 NKJV] "The Lord is not slack concerning [His] promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance."
Are you one of those He's waiting for?  If you're breathing, IT'S NOT TO LATE, NO MATTER WHAT YOU'VE DONE IN YOUR PAST - He will clean your slate and you'll be as good white as snow.

41-46  [Matthew 25:41-46 NKJV] 41 "Then He will also say to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: 42 'for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; 43 'I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.'
44 "'Then they also will answer Him, sayingLord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?' 45 "Then He will answer them, saying, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do [it] to one of the least of these, you did not do [it] to Me.' 46 "And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life."
Whenever the Bible says "everlasting punishment", it means no Heaven for them.  Remember, one of our covenants with the Lord is to: "treat our neighbor as our self." if you were tired, homeless, hungry or in prison, wouldn't you like to be comforted?
And as most of you know my favorite Scripture:
[Luke 6:38-39 NKJV] 38 "Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you." 39 And He spoke a parable to them: "Can the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into the ditch?"
Yes, when you help your brother, sister, saved or unsaved, Abba will give you so much more than you gave.  Good measure would mean with the same amounts you gave, they will be pressed down [to give you more], shaken together [so more will fit in the container], and it will be running over [the container].  For with what measure you use, 1 tsp, 1 Tbl, 1 Cup, etc, it will be measured back to you the same way.
I also believe it counts if you do it willingly or not.  Willingly, someone will come up to you quickly to fulfill His promise to you.  Unwillingly, it may take some time before you get it.  In either case, a person will give it to you.
Do you really think Abba needs money?  His streets are made of gold, and I don't think He's going to break any up to give to you!

My Prayer 4 U: Father, in Jesus' Name I come before you, asking You to reveal to Your Children, how to think from Heaven's perspective, so they can release Heavenly solutions in their lives, needed to help others, TO NOT LEAD WITH THEIR HEAD, BUT WITH THE HEART OF JESUS! I also speak peace and calmness to ALL your Children.  AMEN and AMEN.
FYI:  Matthew only has 28 Chapters - so only 3 more to go.  Then we'll go back to the old ways of me sharing Scriptures of what PLEASES ABBA and HOW YOU CAN.

Blessing to ALL who read and share this blog,

Your Sister in Christ,
Sandy - The Lord's Servant
