Warning - 1 Thessalonians 5:1-8

    As I've told you last couple of months, the Lord has been warning you, time is running out.  I know, because He's had me write these blogs pleading with you not to go through the 7 year tribulation.

    He's given me this scripture to warn and wake you up.  We'll discuss a couple of versus at a time.  These scriptures are very powerful.

    [1 Thessalonians 5:1-2 NKJV] 1 "But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. 2 For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night.

    The Messianic Jew does not need to be to be told the season, because the "Feast of Trumpets" [Feast of Tishrei = WAKE-UP] is only a few days away.  They know the scripture and are ready and looking for Jesus to come.  Just like all Christians should be looking for their redemption to draw nigh [Luke 21:28].

    There's more about the thief in the night?  In Roman days, it's believed to be the Jewish High Priest, walking around late at night, to see if any soldiers, were asleep.  If he found them asleep. he'd take his torch and set the fringe of their uniform on fire to wake them up.  What a way to wake up - my mom used a spray bottle of water us with.  Thank God, she didn't know about setting our clothes on fire!

    [Revelation 16:15 NKJV] "Behold, I [Jesus] am coming as a thief. Blessed [is] he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame." 

    John the Revelator is not talking clothes in general, but our robes of righteousness we earn as we walk with Him, doing the work we were created to due - in Jesus' Name.

    [Matthew 24:43 NKJV] "But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into."

    What was a thief in the night?  John 10:10 tells us who the 2 thief's coming are.  The twerp accomplishes this with alcohol, drugs, demon possession and sexual behavior all those lovely things, that try to make you mindless and using your body to control you.  NEWS FLASH: your body will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven.  Because it will never free you from the sins of the world.  Romans 8:8-10 is very clear - those walking in the flesh [world], then your spirit is NOT born-again - your thief will be the twerp [satan]!

[Romans 8:8-10 NKJV] 8 "So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. 10 And if Christ [is] in you, the body [is] dead because of sin, but the Spirit [is] life because of righteousness."

    [John 10:10 NKJV] "The thief [satan] does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I [Jesus] have come that they may have life, and that they may have [it] more abundantly."

    So reality check, who would you choose to be your thief, the twerp or Jesus who will remove sin, but replaced it with abundant life?  Will this happen overnight?  No, it's as we grow in His Word and our conscience [voice of your spirit] learns to obey and do things His way.  Then the rewards come to you on earth and in Heaven.

    [1 Thessalonians 5:3 NKJV] "For when they say, "Peace and safety!" then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.

   There will be no escape for those unsaved or prodigals who have not returned.  Sorry, but now you must not take the mark of the beast [chip in your right hand or forehead].  Or physically die a martyr's death, then, your spirit going to Heaven for eternity.

    [1 Thessalonians 5:4-5 NKJV] 4 "But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. 5 You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness."

    If you continue to willfully sin, there IS a point in which God will turn you over to a reprobate mind - Romans 1:28+. No one knows when that time will come. Only God does. It's a heart issue. I believe that is what the gospels point out. What state is your heart in?

    [Romans 1:28-31 NKJV] 28 "And even as they did not like to retain God in [their] knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; 29 being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; [they are] whisperers, 30 backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful;"  AND THE LIST GOES ON...

    God is a just God, evil will not be allowed in Heaven.   He's already removed the twerp and 1/3 of His angels, because they became evil as Romans 1:28-31 above says.  Your sin can only be removed by the BLOOD OF THE LAMB [JESUS]!  That is the only way!

    [1 Thessalonians 5:6-8 NKJV] 6 "Therefore let us not sleep, as others [do], but let us watch and be sober. 7 For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk at night. 8 But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and [as] a helmet the hope of salvation."

    I've been trying to wake you up and warn you, like the 10 virgins [Christians] only 5 were prepared.  The other 5 where not let in to the wedding feast with Jesus.  Please note here; all 10 were Christians, but only 5 prepared to be ready for Jesus, so Christians and unsaved may be left behind.  So be sure to have your oil [heart] prepared and ready.

    So don't wait, Sincerely, ask Jesus into your heart and ask for forgiveness of your sins.  We don't know the hour or the day, but we do know the season... and we're in it NOW.  If between September 9-11th we disappear [that's only 10-13 days away], you'll know where we are, in Heaven with Jesus.  You might even see some graves open up, of those who's spirit's went to Paradise before us.  The Bible says they go up first.  Then we who are alive in Christ.  Don't miss your last chance.  PLEASE  You'll have nothing to loose if He doesn't come then, but you'll have more time to gain in rewards for eternity.

    As usual, I'll close with this prayer 4 U:    Father, in Jesus' Name I come before you asking that You would send my Brothers and Sisters out to minister to each prodigal or unsaved in the next 13 days.  Holy Spirit, I ask you to give them the Words that will open the heart of those they speak to.  -  In Jesus' Name - AMEN! and AMEN!

The Misunderstood Feast of Rosh Hashanah

    For those who follow the Feasts in the Bible, Rosh Hashanah, is claimed the Jewish New Year, but in truth the Bible doesn't say that [I'll explain more below].  In English we call it the Feast of Trumpets.  Since this year it's on Sunday, September 9-11th [sunset-sunset], We'll be celebrating together with the Bible Study and my Pastor, Allan and his wife Carmen on Monday 6 pm - till Lord leads.

    I use to believe Passover was the only Feast with specific food requirements [Lamb and no leavening].  Otherwise anything goes - it's a party for the lives of the Israelite's protected from the last plague being the death of the 1st born child throughout Egypt, when they were delivered out of Egypt by Moses.

    There are several reasons for blowing the trumpets; such as calling the people to gather, possibly for a memorial when the law of Moses was given, not to be forgotten, some think it's a memorial of the creation of the world, and of course for the Sabbath, and Feasts.  This was both a memorial of trumpets blowing and people shouting [Job 38:6-7].

  I just received my Levitt Letter explaining Rosh Hashanah better than I can in a Christianly format by Ron Cantor of Messiahs Mandate.  So I've typed it into the blog for you to read:

    Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year.  It is a joyous time when Jews greet each other with Shana Tova and Ketiva VaChatima Tova = Happy New Year and May you be inscribed for a good year.  Here is the problem.  According to the Bible, Rosh Hashanah comes on the first day of the seventh month!

    [Leviticus 23:23-25 NKJV] 23 Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, 24 "Speak to the children of Israel, saying: 'In the seventh month, on the first [day] of the month, you shall have a sabbath-[rest], a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation. 25 'You shall do no customary work [on it]; and you shall offer an offering made by fire to the LORD.' "

    The first day of the seventh month is actually as far as you can be from their New Year.  Furthermore, there isn't even a hint in the passage above that it is a New Year.  The words "Rosh Hashanah" are nowhere to be found.  It is hard to image that God expected Jews to celebrate a New Year that doesn't exist.  In truth, the name of the holiday celebrated on the first day of the seventh month is Yom Teruah - the Day of Blasting Shofars or Feast of Trumpets.

    Why the Name Change?  If you read the passage again, one thing is clear - it is not clear!  Jews have no idea what we are celebrating.  Every other Jewish holiday is clear, but Yom Teruah simply tells us to have a memorial with the blasting of the shofars.  I think this made the religious establishment uneasy and thus it became the New Year.

    What Is Its True Meaning?  I am convinced the ambiguity had a reason.  All New Testament [NT] theology is rooted in the Hebrew Scriptures.  The New Covenant brings understanding when it speaks clearly about trumpet blasts.

    [Matthew 24:31 NKJV] "And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."

    [1 Corinthians 15:52 NKJV] "in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed."

    We who are still alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep.  For the Lord Himself will come down from Heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Messiah will rise first.  After that, we who are alive will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.  And so we will be with the Lord forever. 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17.

    In the light of the New Covenant, we can see that the Feast of Trumpets [Yom Teruah] is not about remembering something that happened, in the past [like Passover or Purim], but a reminder of what will happen in the future.

    The Feast of Trumpets points to the coming of Yeshua, our being transformed from corruptible to incorruptible, the beginning of the Messianic Age, and the setting up of the Lord's government in Jerusalem, fulfilling what the disciples asked about in [Acts 1:6 NKJV] "Therefore, when they had come together, they asked Him, saying, "Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?"  Many mocked the disciples for asking this, but Yeshua did not.  He merely said that God knows the timing.

    I am not saying that the Lord will return on the Feast of Trumpets - no man knows the day or hour - BUT I can confidently conclude that this is a day when every Believer should cry out COME YESHUA, COME!  We should blow the trumpets [shofars] and express our longing for redemption - not just the forgiveness of our sins, but the transformation of our bodies and this Earth.

    While we cannot force the Lord's return, we can hasten it [Acts 1:6 NKJV] "Therefore, when they had come together, they asked Him, saying, "Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?"  Paul wrote to Titus [Titus 2:13-14 NKJV] 13 "looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, 14 who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself [His] own special people, zealous for good works."  Of course for us Christians, we await the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Yeshua Ha [the] Messiah.

    Especially during Rosh Hashanah, take some time to pour out your heart to God and tell Him of your longing for Yeshua's return.  One day [wouldn't it be great, if it were this Feast of Trumpets!!!]  the Trumpet will blast and we will meet Yeshua in the air [1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 NKJV] 16 "For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these words."

    For me, I always wondered why they had 2 New Year Celebrations.  The Feast of Trumpets, is actually a Day of the AWAKENING, BLAST to celebrate that we will have a new year awakened with God's peace, joy, health, and provisions in God's presence and a renewal in Him.  PRAISE THE LORD!!!!!  It truly is in HIS HANDS.  [Joel 2:1-2 NKJV] 1 "Blow the trumpet in Zion, And sound an alarm in My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; For the day of the LORD is coming, For it is at hand: 2 A day of darkness and gloominess, A day of clouds and thick darkness, Like the morning [clouds] spread over the mountains. A people [come], great and strong, The like of whom has never been; Nor will there ever be any [such] after them, Even for many successive generations."

    Those who have been following the blog, know that the ministry I've been given is to teach how to use your authority He's given us, to endure daily, the trials of the world.  But for the last month or so, He's changed it to ARE YOU READY, should He come during Feasts of Trumpets sometime this year September 9th - 11th?  He can come anytime the Father tells Him to - But we can HOPE!

    Prodigals - come back quickly - time is surely short.  Most of us Christians have been praying for this year, and should He come WILL YOU BE?

    Unsaved - It's so easy to make your choice.  It only consists of going to Heaven or Hell.  God will not force you - since it's your decision, you will have to live with it, for ETERNITY - keep in mind your spirit NEVER DIES - so it's forever and a day.  In other blogs, I had many watch the video in YouTube, "23 Minutes In Hell - full video" you might want to watch that, before you make your choice.

   Whatever sin you have done can be covered under the blood of Jesus, and sent to the sea of forgetfulness - so it will never be brought up for any judgment.  All it takes is for you to Sincerely ask Jesus to be your Savior, ask for forgiveness and to receive His Holy Spirit, then start reading the Word for your instruction of how you should be living.  [Most recommend newbie's to read the book of John first.]

    I gave you some YouTube videos to watch for more info on how close we are to His return, you would have seen it in the  2 YouTube videos from last Thursday.  This week, on YouTube, search out "Feast of Trumpets 2018".  Clear your mind, and - Stop listening to the world [devil], but listen to the truth written in His Word about 2,500 years ago.  Remember: [Daniel 12:3-4 NKJV] 3 "Those who are wise shall shine Like the brightness of the firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness Like the stars forever and ever. 4 "But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase."  Would your grandparents or parents have realized the inventions in the last 50 years alone?  Such as; DNA, Airplanes, Wifi, Drills, Cameras, Microwave ovens, remote controls on everything electrical etc...?  Mine had a taste, but not the full experience, we have today.

    Should any of you want for information on the Feast of Trumpets, including the signs in Heaven revealing the truth of His Word, or the fact that the Year Of Jubilee ends in September - plus that scripture says in [Leviticus 25:29-30 NKJV] 29 'If a man sells a house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it is sold; [within] a full year he may redeem it. 30 'But if it is not redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house in the walled city shall belong permanently to him who bought it, throughout his generations. It shall not be released in the Jubilee."

    So Yeshua must redeem the earth during a Jubilee and this Jubilee ends this September.

    As usual, I'll close with a prayer:

    Father, in Jesus' Name I ask that your prodigals and unsaved will make their decisions quickly, so Your will, that none shall be lost, will outnumber those that the enemy has in Hell presently.  In Jesus' Name - AMEN! and AMEN!

Feast Of Trumpets Food - Sweet To Remind Us Of Our Blessings

    Here is the Recipes I told you I'd send you for the Feast of Trumpets.  You can get a whole lot more, if you Google "Food For Trumpets", but these are the ones I choose for our Feast.

Simple Noodle Kugel - [Starch]

Ingredients For the kugel:  4 tablespoons margarine or unsalted butter, plus more for the baking dish Kosher salt - Ask Sandy For 1 pound wide egg noodles 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature 2 cups apricot nectar 1/2 cup sugar 6 large eggs 2 cups milk For the topping: 3 cups cornflakes, crushed 6 tablespoons margarine or unsalted butter, melted 1/4 cup sugar

Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Make the kugel: Brush a 4-quart shallow baking dish with margarine. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook as the label directs. Drain well, then transfer to the prepared baking dish. Add the margarine and stir to melt and coat the noodles.     Beat the cream cheese and 2 tablespoons apricot nectar in a large bowl with a mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add the sugar, then the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the milk and the remaining apricot nectar; beat until smooth and creamy.  Pour the mixture over the noodles; stir to coat. Make the topping: Combine the cornflakes, melted margarine and sugar in a medium bowl. Sprinkle on top of the noodle mixture and bake until just set in the center, about 1 hour. (If the topping is golden but the kugel is not yet set, turn off the oven and keep the kugel inside up to 20 more minutes.) Let cool 20 to 30 minutes before serving.

Pearl Barley Salad with Apples, Pomegranate Seeds & Pine Nuts

Active Time:  N/A   Total Time:  20 MIN   Yield:  Serves : 6

Ingredients

1/3 cup pine nuts, (2 ounces) 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1 small shallot, minced (2 tablespoons) Salt and freshly ground pepper	4 cups Pearled Barley 1 large tart apple, such as Honeycrisp, [Grannies] cored and cut into 1/2-inch pieces 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds (from 1 pomegranate) 1/2 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
How to Make It Step 1     Preheat the oven to 350°. Spread the pine nuts in a pie plate and toast until golden, about 5 minutes. Let cool. Make Ahead The salad without the pine nuts can be refrigerated overnight. Bring the salad to room temperature before serving.	Step 2     In a bowl, whisk the oil with the vinegar and shallot and season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked Pearled Barley, pine nuts, apple, pomegranate seeds and parsley; toss before serving.

Honey Roasted Carrots

Time: Prep 10 min Cook 40 min Ready In 50 min	Ingredients: 8 carrots pealed 3 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 cup honey salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions: Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F.   Place the whole carrots into a baking dish, and drizzle with olive oil. Mix until the carrots are completely covered with olive oil.   Pour on the honey, then season to taste with salt and pepper; mix until evenly coated. Bake in the preheated oven until just tender, or cooked to your desired degree of doneness, 40 minutes to 1 hour.	Footnotes Tip Aluminum foil can be used to keep food moist, cook it evenly, and make clean-up easier.

Spaghetti Squash With Light Carmel Sauce

Time: Prep 15 min  Cook 30 min Ready In 45 m
Ingredients: 1 Lg spaghetti squash, halved lengthwise and seeded 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced	1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes 3 tablespoons sliced black olives 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F Lightly grease a baking sheet.  Cut Squash Lengthwise, remove seeds. Place spaghetti squash with cut sides down on the prepared baking sheet, and bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a sharp knife can be inserted with only a little resistance. Remove squash from oven and set aside to cool enough to be easily handled. Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onion in oil until tender.	Add garlic; cook and stir until fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are warmed through. Use a large spoon to scoop the stringy pulp from the squash and place in a medium bowl. Toss with the vegetables, olives, and basil. Add Light Carmel Sauce Mix with Squash. Serve warm. Tip Aluminum foil helps keep food moist, ensures it cooks evenly, keeps leftovers fresh, and makes clean-up easy.

Honey & Dijon Mustard Chicken Breasts

Time:  Prep 15 min.  Cook 45 min.  Ready In 1 hr
Ingredients: 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves    salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup prepared [Dijon] mustard	1 teaspoon dried basil - Fresh is better on herbs 1 teaspoon dried paprika 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste, and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley. Mix well. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over the chicken, and brush to cover.	Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and brush with the remaining 1/2 of the honey mustard mixture. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Let cool 10 minutes before serving. Footnotes Tip Aluminum foil can be used to keep food moist, cook it evenly, and make clean-up easier.  You can also place under broiler for 2-3 minutes.

Carrot Cake Kugel - As A Bunt Cake

Time 47 minutes  - MAKE IN BUNT PAN ·       Prep: 2 mins,

·       Cook: 45 mins ·       Yield: Serves 8 to 10

What You'll Need

8 medium carrots, shredded          4 large eggs, separated          1 cup honey          1/3 cup neutral oil, such as canola or grapeseed	2 teaspoons vanilla          4 teaspoons grated lemon zest (from about 2 lemons)          2 cups all-purpose flour (or whole wheat)          1 teaspoon baking powder          1/2 cup golden raisins (optional)
I1.     Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease either two loaf pans, two 12-cup muffin tins, or a Bundt pan. 2.     Using a food processor fitted with a shredding disc or a box grater, finely shred the carrots. 3.     In a large bowl, use electric beaters, a manual rotary beater, or a wire whisk to beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Set aside.  4.     Place the shredded carrots into another large bowl. Add the egg yolks, honey, oil, vanilla, and lemon zest. Mix well.	5.    In another bowl, whisk together the flour(s) and baking powder. Add the flour mixture into the carrot batter and mix just until smooth. Stir in the raisins if using.  6.    Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the kugel batter in 3 additions. Pour or spoon the kugel mixture into the prepared pan(s). 7.    Bake the kugel in the preheated oven until firm, golden, and a tester inserted in the center comes out clean, about 20-25 minutes for muffins, 35 to 40 minutes for loaf pans, or 45 to 50 minutes for a Bundt pan.

Miri's Recipe Testing Notes and Tips

• Be sure to grease the pan(s) well, or the kugel will be hard to unmold. 
• This recipe is tastiest -- and the texture is most kugel-like -- when served warm. If you make it in advance, reheat, wrapped in foil, in the oven until warmed through. Heat at Sandy's [I'll have whip cream for it].
• Because you'll be using the zest, seek out organic lemons; non-organic lemon skins are likely to contain pesticide residues and are often shellacked in wax and treated with fungicides.

How Can You Prove The Bible Is Right?

    I know last Sunday, I had you watch a program on YouTube about "Ever Wonder What You'll Look Like in Heaven"  I am still impressed with this video and I hope you watched it too.  I found nothing from the Word out of alignment that David Stone used.  But I watched a few others and they didn't set well with me.  So I won't be sharing any more from his ministry with you.  

    I've been asked if the Bible is truly the Word of God - Have You?  For me, I simply said that God manifests His Word and I give them a testimony of my answered prayer.  What have you said?

    Did you know; As of 2010, Christianity was by far the world's largest religion, with an estimated 2.2 billion adherents, nearly a third (31 %) of all 6.9 billion people on Earth," [the Pew report says].  And A survey by the Bible Society concluded that around 2.5 billion copies were printed between 1815 and 1975, but more recent estimates put the number at more than 5 billion.  So you know many read the Bible.  They have bibles for Children, Youth, Elderly, Study, and probably more I don't know.  Plus, the Bible has been translated into more than 2,000 languages. So there are a lot.

    The first one will help you how to explain to someone why we KNOW the Bible is TRUTH and can be TRUSTED TODAY as God's Word.  Our understanding comes from the Holy Spirit, our anointed Teacher, Helper and who convicts the world of sin.  Without Jesus and the Holy Spirit, the unsaved cannot understand the Word.  The Word is meant for the maturing of ALL those who have given their life to Jesus.  A life of blessings, mercy, peace, joy, rewards and eternity in Heaven with Jesus - can't wait!

    [Isaiah 48:17 NKJV] "Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, The Holy One of Israel: "I [am] the LORD your God, Who TEACHES you to profit, Who LEADS you by the way you should go."

    The second one talks about the prophecy Daniel gave king Nebuchadnezzar, [we call him Nebby for short] but the Lord gave Daniel, not only the understanding of the kings dream, but what Nebby actual dreamed.

    [Daniel 2:24-49 NKJV] So you can read the story, but Key in on verse 28 "But there is a God in heaven who reveals secrets, and He has made known to King Nebuchadnezzar what will be in the latter days.

    So this dream, given by God to king Nebby was for us to understand, and that's what Dustin does - no confusion, backs it with the Word - and it makes sense.  I've added the link above, that will lead you to both of these teachings.

    Next Sunday, [the Lord willing of course] I'll share with you some facts about the Feast of Trumpets [Rosh Hashanah - Jewish New Year], that I just received in the mail from the weekly program: "The Zola Levitt Ministries"

    Zola Levitt was a God fearing Jewish Messianic Christian, who's ministry was to teach the Israelite's about Jesus, and I get a monthly Levitt Letter from them, telling me what's going on in Israel.

    And the Feast of Trumpets starts September, Monday 10th 6pm - Tuesday 11th 6pm in just a couple of weeks.  I only found out, yesterday it's a feast of sweets; lots of apples, honey, cinnamon and many other sweet things.  I'll show you where to look for the food and recipes if you're interested too.

Ever Wonder What You'll Look Like In Heaven?

    Sorry for the delay today, Saturday I had to go to my Uncles house and deal with a leaking water pipe he had.  Anyway...

    Because I watch many Christian YouTubes, this new one, to me came up.  It's AoC Network - I haven't found out what doctrinal standard they are - but I'm asking around to find out.  The AoC stands for Ambassadors of Christ - and I really like this video, which I'll show to my Bible Study Wednesday.

    Anyway when I watched this 23 min and 43 second video - I was impressed by how much he [David Stone] the narrator [possibly the creator of this network - unsure] dissected the Scripture which made sense.  Most I had known before, but he added a few ones I hadn't thought of.

    David explains it so well [I love his voice] and he backs it up with Scripture. so I'll let you watch for yourself.  There's another one I liked, but I'll tell you about it on Thursday.

    I just watch this program by MPictures called "The Star Of Bethlehem" it's the best hour and four minutes you'll spend.  Especially IF your still confused about the foretelling of Jesus coming.

    I believe Abba [God] would like all to see this.  This guy proves what the Bible says about the coming of Jesus; birth and day of His death.  His 3 year old daughter want to know what the star of Bethlehem was.  It took him years to fully understand.

ALL Humans Are Important to God!

Dear Brothers, Sisters, Prodigals and Unsaved,

    Welcome to all who read the blog.  For the last seven years, Abba [God] has had me doing these blogs, not for my benefit, but for His.

    If you are a brother or sister, you know the joy and trials I've had in my life, because you've probably had the same.  They might not be identical - but it's the growth we've had through them.

    For instance, since I've been in NV - it's been a joy and uplifting the group of friends that surround me.  Who after 14 years, still come to the weekly Bible Study He has me teach.  Even though I am the baby of the group - haha.

    For a little over a year, I knew I was sick, they prayed for me and I refused to go to a doctor.  I just asked Abba in Jesus' Name to heal me or take me home to Heaven.  Abba didn't do either, but He did watch over me and what could have been a problem, is a widow living by myself - having a stoke at home alone, He knew when it would happen and had some friends over, so I wasn't by myself - they called the paramedics and got me to the hospital.  My right carotid artery was blocked, so not enough blood going to my head, no they know I'm not just a ditsy blonde.

    Only in hospital for 3 days, with hardly any side affects as many people have in a stroke - I was blessed.  When I got home, I praised Abba and laughed at the twerp [satan] because Abba wasn't thru with me yet. Now, the worst I have is a left leg that gets tired, that drags a little, but I still do most of the things I need to take care of [house, 84 year old Uncle, drive and shop for my needs].   I rejoice I still have a mind, Bible Study and the blog! Truly, when Abba has more for you to do, and you're willing to do it - YOU CAN.

[Romans 8:28-29 NKJV] 28a And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God,[28b] to those who are the called according to [His] purpose. 29 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined [to be] conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.

    I've heard many people speak verse 28a and leave off 28b yet remember we've talked about conditions with every promise in the Word?  Well, 28a is the promise but 28b is the condition and verse 29 is the purpose/reason for giving you that promise.

    Yes, it is His desire that ALL things work together for your good when you Love Abba.  But many are called, but few follow, because they do not want to go against the World.  Oh how Abba loves you, as much as He Loves His Son Jesus.

    [Luke 10:19-21 NKJV] 19 "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. 20 "Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven." 21 In that hour Jesus rejoiced in the Spirit and said, "I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from [the] wise and prudent and revealed them to babes. Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight."

    Jesus showed us the power of the Holy Spirit, Abba gave Him and Jesus earned the right, by giving His life for you, me and the world to share His inheritance with us - For God So LOVED THE WORLD.

    OK, let's take just this Scripture and see what we have authority to do.

1.     Jesus gave us, when He set us FREE from BONDAGE -

2.     We can step on serpents or scorpions and not die, just like Paul was bitten by a snake and lived, shocking the people on the Island-Acts 28:3-4 [see below] and that snake bite couldn't hurt Paul, because he was predestined [Romans 8:28] to go to Rome and preach the Gospel.

3.     Don't rejoice over your authority, but rejoice in Jesus, who gave you the authority and you're going to Heaven when you've finished what you've been called for.

4.     Be happy you don't have ALL the answers yet.  Once we learn our answers, we become accountable to do them.

    Luke 10:19-21 is just one of many scriptures that tell you what AUTHORITY Jesus gave you and I.  When was the last time you tried any of them?  If you are in financial trouble there is only one way out - Tithe 10% of your 1st fruit, meaning as soon as you get paid, put aside the 10% to give Him at church.  The tithe, will protect your 90% from the twerp stealing from you, or with things breaking down.  If you need a little more money, there's only one way - give an OFFERING a dollar extra will get you possibly an additional $29+1=30%,  $59+1=60% or 99+1=100% return.   Re-read Malachi 8-18 about tithing and New Testament Matthew 13:7-8 for the offering abundance.  Giving an Offering investment, gaining 30-60-100 fold works for me.

    Look these Scripture up yourself and listen to what the Holy Spirit tells you - that's when He talks to me the most, in His Word.  This will only work, if you've accepted Jesus.  All who have, get the Holy Spirit immediately.

    [Mark 16:17-18 NKJV] 17 "And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 "they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover."

    [James 4:7 NKJV] "Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you."

    [Matthew 16:19 NKJV] "And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven." 

    [2 Corinthians 10:3-5 NKJV] 3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare [are] not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 

    [John 14:12 NKJV] "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater [works] than these he will do, because I go to My Father." 

    [Acts 28:3-4 NKJV] 3 But when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks and laid [them] on the fire, a viper came out because of the heat, and fastened on his hand. 4 So when the natives saw the creature hanging from his hand, they said to one another, "No doubt this man is a murderer, whom, though he has escaped the sea, yet justice does not allow to live."

    Just because something bad happens to you, DOES NOT MEAN GOD IS OUT TO GET YOU.  You've got your wires crossed.  Everything Jesus did, He did because Abba told Him to do or say.  We do not have a evil Father.  We have an Evil enemy with lots of followers seeking whom they may devour [you and me].

    [1 Peter 5:8 NKJV] "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour."  Reality check, he can only roar like a lion, he's nothing but a little rat = twerp to me.

    All Abba wants is to have His Creation back with Him, that's why He sent Jesus, so we could make the choice for our selves - Have you made yours?  Jesus just wants to fellowship with you.

Finally one of my prayers I speak nightly [paraphrased of course]:

    Father, in Jesus' Name I come before you asking that the hearts of those reading the blogs will open and hear Your Holy Spirit speak to them.  To realize the Love You have for each of us.  After all, how many Fathers would count each hair on our head?

    [Luke 12:6-7 NKJV] 6 "Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins? And not one of them is forgotten before God. 7 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows."
