Be Wise Like King Solomon

SF, Stagecoach, NV

Dear Brothers & Sisters

King Solomon

     Solomon wrote 3 Books of the Bible; Proverbs, Ecclesiastics and Song of Solomon.  See what happens when you SERVE OTHERS and worry about them.  You are blessed 3 times above what you can imagine. - PTL  AMEN.  Since King Solomon was the wisest man on earth, why not follow his example on how he got there?

     I Kings 3:3  “Now Solomon loved the Lord, walking in the statutes of his father David,...”
     I’m sure, the majority of people reading this love the Lord, so you’ve already accomplished the first step.  The next step comes from obedience, a requirement to get any victory.

I Kings 3:5  “...the Lord appeared to Solomon in a dream, at night; and God said. “Ask what you wish Me to give you.”
I Kings 3:7  “...yet I am but a little child; I do not know how to go out or come in.
     Solomon made his request known to God and admitted he was but a child and unsure how to proceed.  I know for myself how true this is.  I may be considered an adult legally, but spiritually I’m learning something new every day as any child does.

I Kings 3:9-10  “So give Thy servant an understanding heart to judge Thy people to discern between good and evil...
And it was pleasing in the sight of the Lord that Solomon had asked this thing.
     The best part, in these Scriptures, is that God was pleased that Solomon asked, not something for himself, but to make him a better servant to God and man.  Solomon’s goal was to rule his people.  Our goal is to help others and in the process, let God take care of us.  It’s time for that overdue talk with God.  Let Him know your heart.  Tell Him you’re unsure of what to do or where to go and like Solomon, God will help you according to your words.  Remember, when we ask, we receive and you’ll please the Lord too!

I Kings 3:12-13  “behold, I have done according to your words.  Behold I have given you a wise and discerning heart,...
And I have also given you what you have not asked, both riches and honor,...”
      God not only made Solomon the wisest man on earth who could discern good from evil, but also made him the most honest and richest man ever born.  Solomon had to rule a country with people who did not have the Holy Spirit.  We just need to open ourselves to the Lord and with the Holy Spirit’s teaching and comfort, doing the right thing.  He truly will give you the desires of your heart then.
     Here’s my recommendation, ASK GOD to give you understanding of what you should apply from His book, His Word.  ASK GOD to give you discernment to know when to move on His behalf.  It’s always been about you asking, seeking and knocking.(Matthew 7:7)

Psalm 103:1-5  “Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name.
  Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget none of his benefits;
  Who pardons all your iniquities; Who heals all your diseases;
  Who redeems your life from the pit; Who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion;
  Who satisfies your years with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle.”
      This book will help you redirect your path.  As you start applying God’s power and provisions available to you, you’ll see a marked change in your Spiritual growth.  You’ll no longer be afraid of what the devil (world) will do, because you’ll be to busy chasing after him ¾ doing the will of your Father  ¾ harvesting the field!

Blessings & Peace, Peace (Pray Isaiah 57:19 daily for Israel)
Sandy
