My Children,

     Where are you going in such a hurry?  Those who don't know ME are constantly running, working and stressing.  They can't sleep unless they take a pill.  They can't function unless they take pills for depression.  You know Dear Children, that this is not what I intended for you.

     I AM the burden-bearer.  I AM the answer for all your daily stress and needs.  I AM your peace.  I AM your Provider of all good things - let ME reveal them to you.  

     Take a moment to stop.  Give ME all of it.  I have your answers and needs.  After you do this, notice the easier day you've had.  Trust ME and don't turn back to your old ways.  Take MY Hand and continue to give all to ME.
