Start The New Year On The Solid Ground of Jesus

 Dear Brothers & Sisters,

     The world offers such; pain, offence, suffering, despair, etc., because the enemy we need to shake off daily, is in the world.  Worrying about tomorrow is useless because it’s gone and yesterday, hasn’t happened yet.  How foolish we are to try.  We need to return to His Word seeking His grace, mercy and Love one day at a time – just like the song says.

Matthew 6:30-34 (NASB)

(30)  “But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you? You of little faith!”

(31)  “Do not worry then, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear for clothing?

(32)  “For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.

(33)  “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”

(34)  “So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself.

 Each day has enough trouble of its own.”

     As you can see, we’re told to NOT WORRY; not once, but twice, because He knows our needs and He will take care of you and me. 

     He’s not telling us to meditate on what might happen, but to trust Him, as we’re told in Proverbs 3:5-8 “Trust in the LORD with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding.  In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight.  Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear (reverence) the LORD and turn away from evil.”  The promise you can claim is in Verse 8: It will be healing to your (my) body And refreshment to your (my) bones. 

     I’ll have to admit; with all the attacks I had when I came to Nevada, before and after, it was Proverbs 3:5-8 I claimed.  Today I realize that the enemy thought, IF he took my husband, I wouldn’t come on my own, without family or friends here.  When I asked the Father IF I should still come, He asked, "will I walk thru the fires with Him".  My first thought was Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego (Daniel 3:19).  If Jesus went into the fire with them, He would be with me – so I said YES LORD and came.  I’ll admit it was difficult the first 2-3 years.  But now I have a whole new family, who the Lord uses to watch over me and even sent someone to be with me, when I had the stroke, since I live alone.  God truly never leaves us, or forsakes us – He’s Always With US! AMEN!

     So, the first step in Proverbs 3:5-8 is being assured (believe), in your heart  that what He says in the Bible is the TRUTH!  The second step is to not try to lean on your own understanding.  Because He knows what the enemy’s end game is and He will stop it before you will.  Then He can make your path straight.  The fourth step, is to not think you have all the answers – you don’t!  You can only see one step in front of yourself, whereas God sees the beginning from the end.  Hebrews 4:13 says, “And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.”  So, we can believe His Word is Truth, and He IS faithful!

     So start this year with cleansing yourself, by asking His forgiveness of your sin, known and unknown, then ask the Holy Spirit to reveal the unknown to you, so you can repent (change) your ways.  Then clean your house of anything that would be offensive to God.

     Forgiveness means; pardon, mercy and compassion.  Cleansing means; purification, washing purging decontamination and refining.  What in your house (literally) or body, needs cleansing?  Start the New Year afresh in Jesus your Redeemer and your Dad, both who love you to death.
     2017 will not be easier than 2016 – the enemy knows what’s coming – GOD, his creator, and is terrified.  Don’t give him a foothold in you.

Casting Out Fear

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

     Jesus taught us to lay hands on the sick.  We can’t allow fear to stop us from obeying this command [Mark 16:18].  We must develop a fearless attitude when we pray for miracles.  Doubt has to be dragged away like a corpse.  As we develop a positive, commanding attitude over the enemy and claim restoration.  It takes boldness and faith in your words agreeing with The Word, to see the miracles.

     Fear will be cast out of our hearts.  Many people never receive blessings because of feelings of inferiority and timidity.  Fear and faith cannot operate at the same time.  We must live in the Spirit with a consciousness that our active faith is what moves the hand of Dad.  Our fears will be defeated when our souls are restored.

     The enemy will not be able to confuse or stop us from obeying God’s Word.  Faith to receive healing comes through the Word of God.

Hebrews 11:1 NASB

“Now faith is the assurance

of things hoped for,

the conviction 

of things not seen.”

     When you have a thought or desire to speak your faith, it’s your assurance that what you hope for, that person will receive.  That’s where your conviction comes in so YOU WILL SEE IT MANIFEST.  Then always give God the Glory for the answer.

Romans 4:20-21 NASB

(20) “yet, with respect to the promise of God, he did not waver in unbelief but grew strong in faith, giving glory to God,

(21) and being fully assured that what God had promised, He was able also to perform.”

John 4:48 NASB – REMEMBER..

So Jesus said to him, “Unless you people see signs and wonders,

you simply will not believe.”

     Tell the Lord, you will be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, I will let my requests be known to You [Philippians 4:6].

Become Bold As A Lion

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

     Healing and miracles are supernatural acts of God the Father, in Jesus Name.  Our involvement is necessary.  Our faith must take action, and we must believe that Dad will do His part – according to His Word.

Isaiah 53:5 NKJ

“But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.”

1 Peter 2:24 NKJ

“who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree,that we,

having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes

you were healed.”

Matthew 16:18 NKJ

“they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly,

it will by no means hurt them;

they will lay hands on the sick,

and they will recover.”

o      Elijah built an altar and prayed for fire – God consumed the altar with fire [1 Kings 18:30-39].

o      Noah built the ark – God flooded the earth and saved him and his family when Noah was just 600 years old [Genesis Chapter 7].

o      Moses stretched out the rood – God parted the sea to deliver them [Exodus 14:21-27].

o      David put a stone in a slingshot – God killed the 9+ foot giant instantly [1 Samuel 17:33-53].   I like the fact the only cuss word used by David was “uncircumcised Philistine.”

     Dad, needs us to believe He WILL and use our hands, the fruit of our lips, and whatever else may be around [like David’s rocks] to help those sick or deliver them from whatever bondage they may be in.  That’s our job – be a vessel for the Father.  The Holy Spirit will tell you how.  Ask Him before you leave the house, “What can I do to GLORIFY MY FATHER TODAY?”

The wicked flee when no one pursues, but

THE RIGHTEOUS ARE BOLD AS A LION.

     Pray: Heavenly Father I enter Your courts with praise and adoration, for Your Word tells me I can come boldly before Your thrown [Hebrews 4:16].  Help me to fearlessly accomplish all You have for me today.

Hope your Christmas celebration is as joyful as mine and - Jesus made a way when there was none. PTL!

Release Your Healing

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

     When truth penetrates our thoughts, faith leaps into our spirits.  Faith releases the power of God to heal and restore souls.  Go to a secret, quiet place.  Get ready to bare your heart and surrender yourself to God.  Be transparent.  Don’t be afraid.  Say: “In the name of Jesus, I cast fear out of my heart!”

     Now read the scripture and believe it, then repeat the prayer below.

1 John 1:6-9 NASB

(6) “If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth; (7) but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.  (8) If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us.  (9) If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

 PRAYER:

     Heavenly Father, I surrender myself to You right now.  I admit that I need Your help.  I’ve messed up in many ways, and I repent of all disobedience and acts of my will that have taken me out of Your protection and blessings.

     I humbly ask Your forgiveness.  Cleanse me now, and renew a right spirit within me.  Father, I thank you and give You all the glory for transforming my soul and having mercy on me. – In Jesus’ Name I pray.

Healing of your body is dependent on...

Healing of your body is dependent on...

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

     The Word of God reveals the truth.  Healing of your body is dependent on the healing of your soul.  Studies done by health professionals conclude that Unforgiveness, resentment, hatred and bitterness can cause many diseases.

 

     Negative attitudes, whether in mind or emotions, can give an open door and a right for the devil to attack our physical bodies.  Once you obey God and forgive those who have hurt you, you will find it easier to receive and maintain healing.

     It all begins in the soul.  The Apostle John wrote: “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers”

 (3 John 2).

Ephesians 4:26-27 NASB

(26)  BE ANGRY, AND yet DO NOT SIN; do not let the sun go down on your anger, (27)  and do not give the devil an opportunity.

          Think about it, the Word says; in 1 Corinthians 2:16; "For WHO HAS KNOWN THE MIND OF THE LORD, THAT HE WILL INSTRUCT HIM? But we have the mind of Christ" our only problem is that we need to do what Jesus did.  Obey what He saw the Father do, or in our case, obey the Word, which is what Jesus said.  “Why do you not understand what I am saying? It is because you cannot hear My word." John 8:43).

     Daddy, I sincerely want to thank You for opening my spiritual eyes to see that the thief only comes to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.  But You my Father, have a better way.  You sent Your Son Jesus that I may have life, and that I may have it more abundantly. – I praise your Holy Name.

Personal Spiritual Prisons Of Mankind’s Soul

     There are many reasons for negative emotions that may keep a person struggling for freedom from a personal spiritual prison.  These include:

o     Unfaithfulness by a marriage partner.

o     Death of a loved one, divorce, a tragic event.

o     Rejection from the womb or giving a child up for adoption or termination.

o     Mental abuse, rejection and ridicule.

o     Sexual abuse, incest or molestation.

o     Physical abuse, caused by family member.

o     A deep hurt caused by words.

o     Curses passed down in the family by vows, oaths, or involvements with secret societies, occult practices or psychics.

o     Possession of trinkets, jewelry, statues, books or artwork with demonic origin.

     Father, thank You for bringing my soul out of prison.  Thank You for setting me free from the poison of bitterness and iniquity.  Acts 7:23 “For I see that you are in the gall of bitterness and in the bondage of iniquity.”  In Jesus Name, and by His Blood I receive the prison doors open and removed in my life.

The Role Of The Soul

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

     Our soul plays an important part in our lives, causing an overflow of both negative and positive actions.
     The soul is the realm of the will, feeling, emotions, and spiritual perception.  It's the area where the essence of heart issues surface and determine the actions of the person.  Proverbs 4:23 “Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.”
     It is from this realm the Bible says that the issues of life emerge and originate.  The soul is like a warehouse of positive and negative emotions.  The soul stores negative emotions - some provoked by wounds caused by our own decisions and mistakes, and some caused by other people we love.
     Psalms 19:7 says, "The law of the LORD is perfect, restoring the soul; The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple."
     The Lord can and does restore wounds caused by other people we love.  Many people may not be aware of the source of their torment.  
     Consider carefully the store of emotions in the soul, and seek the Holy Spirit's help in receiving a release of any hindering negative emotions.

A Broken Spirit Can Be Healed

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

     The holiday season, seems to be the hardest time due to; illness,  separation of body and spirit of loved ones (we don't die) or just being alone on the holidays.  There's always hope, for it's the foundation of our faith, "NOW Faith IS the assurance of things hoped for and the confidence of things not seen." [Hebrews 11:1].  
     So hang in there, at the rate the months are flying by, they'll be over quickly.  Try dwelling on the scripture that helped me... Proverbs 3:5-7 - (5) "Trust in the LORD with all your heart And DO NOT lean on your own understanding.  (6) In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight.  (7) Do not be wise in your own eyes;
Fear [reverence] the LORD and turn away from evil."   

     Make it personal ... I will trust in the Lord with all my heart.  I will not lean on my own understanding.  In all my ways I will acknowledge Him, and He will direct my path, because He is MY Lord.

     Suffering is a big issue today.  Take a good look around and you will quickly notice anxiety, worry, panic attacks, and depression.

     Traumatic experiences can adversely affect the human spirit.  Only in the presence of God can we find healing and comfort.

     The Holy Spirit is ready and able to heal our brokenness.  Nothing is too damaged or impossible for the blood of Jesus to heal.  The price has already been paid at Calvary.

     Trauma is defined as shock, suffering, pain, distress, damage, and a lasting and strong negative impression.  It's effect can be seen as flashbacks, bitterness, fearfulness, anxiety, a feeling of uselessness and misery.  None of which brings Glory to the Father or creates a "Glorious Church" for His return.

     Only in the presence of God can a broken spirit be healed.  A mature prayer warrior can pray a powerful prayer of healing and deliverance, setting the person free.  Receiving freedom is a life-changing process- IF done correctly and by knowledgeable servants of God it will set the captives free.

     A mature prayer warrior can usually be found at; full gospel churches or any Spirit Filled body of Christ.  Call a local church and ask if they have a prayer service, or if you can meet someone after church for prayer.  A true Prayer Warrior would rejoice to serve you.

Proverbs 4:23 NASB

"Watch over your heart with all diligence,

For from it flow the springs of life."

John 14:27 NASB

"“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you;

not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful."

     I thank you Father, that my past does not determine my future.  I receive the freedom You offer through Christ Jesus.  Heal my broken spirit by the power of Your presence, forgive my sin, through the Blood of the Lamb - In Jesus Name, I praise You for my answer.

God Heals The Wounds

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

     Healing in the innermost of man is a miraculous process that only God, through His Holy Spirit can manifest.  Man can help a person normalize and suggest many things that are helpful and beneficial, but only God can heal.

     When God heals, man does not have to cope for the rest of his life, but becomes a free person – free from the past; of guilt and condemnation and is free of his fears [Romans 8:1 "Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.]  The scars may remain, but God heals the wounds.

     The transforming power of Christ is complete, setting a man FREE from emotional bondage, the past; abuse, offenses, and injustices.  It focuses on the roots of the issues without digging into all the little details, without hypnosis and imaginary trips to way down under.

Isaiah 43:18-19 NASB

(18)  "Do not call to mind the former things, Or ponder things of the past. 

 (19) Behold, I will do something new, Now it will spring forth; Will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness,
Rivers in the desert.”

     Dear Abba, I desire to really know You and the depth of Your love for me.  Today I open my heart and welcome You completely into my life, asking You to heal all my painful situations and memories of my past.  In Jesus’ Name I ask and Praise You.

The Miracle-Worker

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

     We need to have a total dependence on the Holy Spirit if we want to see radical manifestations of healing and miraculous deliverance in these last days.  I love the way F.F. Bosworth explains it: “The age in which we live was intended by our heavenly Father to be the most miraculous of all the dispensations." 

     What is the reason for the greater works now?  Today, could you see Jesus ministering by Himself  in His home town, let alone the other cities He did with thousands of additional people?  No, it takes the body of Christ to manifest His power for the millions of people on earth today.  That means it takes you and I, "doing greater works" in speaking His Words, manifesting His Power and Preaching the Gospel.  How many unbelievers have you ministered too?

     This is the Miracle-Workers’ age; the Holy Spirit’s dispensations.  During this age the great promise that God will poor the Holy Spirit, the Miracle-Worker, upon all flesh.  Remember, we do not fight against Flesh and Blood…but against the evil spirits using flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:12).

     This is the only age in which the Miracle-Worker would incarnate Himself in us…Jesus declared that the works that He was doing would be continued and that even ‘greater works’ would be done and needed by the Holy Spirit, the Miracle-Worker.  This is after He entered office during Christ’s exaltation.  This is the Spirit’s dispensation.

Isaiah 58:11 NASB

“And the LORD will continually guide you,
And satisfy your desire in scorched places,
And give strength to your bones;
And you will be like a watered garden,
And like a spring of water whose waters do not fail.”

Prayer:

     Father, Your word declares that by the stripes of Jesus I Am healed.  I believe that I am the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in me.  I curse the root of sickness and disease.  I speak wholeness to my entire body.  In Jesus’ Name and by the power of His Blood, I declare that I am healed.

Honor The Blood Pt #2

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

     This is part #2 it will be finished today.  I hope you’re applying this in your own life.  I started using it here in USA against all the riots and although I seldom watch the  news any more, I checked it 2 days after praying the blood over the rioters and there were no more riots either in Chicago, Los Angeles, Pennsylvania, or anywhere else.  So praying the blood of Christ over our nation, works.  I believe it will work as well over your; nation, church, family or neighbors.  Now it seems I must try it over my computer.  I’ll let you know how that works.

Blessed Availability

     The “precious blood” is made available.  It is within reach.  Hebrews 9:12 points out the Heavenly access of Christ’s blood.  “…by His own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.”  It was through His blood He cleansed the Heavenly things and entered the holiest on our behalf,  “It was therefore necessary that the pattern of things in the Heavens should be purified with these, but the Heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.  For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into Heaven itself, not to appear in the presence of God for us” (Hebrews 9:23-24).

     The blood of Jesus is not a dead substance.  It did not dry up on the cross of Calvary.  It is enlivened, activated, and potent through the Holy Spirit.  It was the “Eternal Spirit” (Hebrews 9:14) who enabled Jesus to shed His blood and present it in Heaven.  The same “Eternal Spirit” brings the living reality of the blood of Jesus to the saints on earth.  “And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.” (1 John 5:8)  The Spirit and the blood are witnesses here on this earth.  How can this be explained?  The answer is found in John 19:34 “But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water.”  Water is a symbol of the Holy Spirit.  When Jesus was crucified “blood and water” flowed together.  There was a mingling of the blood of the Lord Jesus and the person of the Holy Spirit.  The Holy Spirit is omnipresent.  Therefore, He is able to bring the reality of the blood of the Lord Jesus right into a present need.  He brings it into the range of the saint so there can be a “sprinkling of the blood” of the Lord Jesus.

Blessed Results

     The scarlet thread in the window of Rahab, which was typical of the blood, was a sign that she and her family and her possessions would be saved from judgment, (Joshua 2:18-20).  Rahab had a responsibility.  She had to put the scarlet thread in her window and gather her relatives and possessions back of it.  It worked.  When the fortified city of Jericho was destroyed, the blood completely protected the property and people.  God kept His promise to all who, by an act of their own faith in it, put the token of blood on the houses in Egypt, (Exodus 12).  Not one person back of that applied blood was harmed.  They had two responsibilities – to put the blood on their houses; and then keep back of that blood.  This exercise took away their fears and frustrations and gave them peace, strength and Divine deliverance.  The safety of the saints is behind the blood of Jesus.

    God calls it “the blood of the everlasting covenant” (Hebrews 13:20).  The principle of protection behind the blood for the Egyptians and for Rahab is for us today.

     In  1 Peter 1:2, Christians are described as “elect…unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ.”  It is evident that “obedience and the sprinkling of the blood are intermingled.  “obedience” is our responsibility.  In “sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ” we experience the mighty power of the blood of the Lord Jesus in cleansing, safety and deliverance.

     The blood of Jesus is the answer to that insurmountable problem, that heart-breaking experience, that nagging worry, that pulsating anxiety, that awful fear, that nerve-wracking environment or any other spiritually debilitating experience.  There are those who are bound by satan’s shackles.  The Eternal Spirit, through the blood of Jesus, is the Great Deliverer.  Both in Egypt and Jericho, the blood token was to be displayed when help was needed, or help would not be given.  If they would have just believed the Word and not been obedient in using the blood sign, all would have been lost.  The blood of Jesus, to be effective, must be applied by faith, sprinkled by faith.

    

Blessed Possibilities

     The scope of the sprinkling of the blood of the Lord Jesus is very great.  It is not limited to people.  It can be applied to things.  “Moreover he sprinkled (likewise) with blood both the tabernacle, and all the vessels of the ministry” (Hebrews 9:21) “for when Moses had spoken every precept…he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water…and sprinkled both the book and all the people, Saying, This is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you” (Hebrews 9:19-20).  “And Moses sprinkled the blood upon the altar round about” (Leviticus 8:24).

     God told Moses to apply the blood in the consecration of the priests who were to minister to the people of God.  “The ram of consecration…Moses took the blood of it, and put it upon the tip of Aaron’s right ear, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great tow of his right foot.” (Leviticus 8:22-23).  This was done to Aaron’s sons.  The “everlasting covenant” dictates that all of us constantly need this covering. 

     A blood-covered

• EAR is needed to “hear what the Spirit sayeth to the churches.”  Revelation 2-3
• A blood-covered THUMB is needed to render service to lost humanity and the Body of Christ. 
• A blood-covered FOOT is needed to consistently walk in the Spirit.

     The Lord has made the saints of today to be “kings and priests unto God” (Revelation 1:6).  The total person needs the total covering of the blood of Jesus to become a normal, effective Christian.  His blood not only redeems but it also sanctifies, “How much more shall the blood of Christ…purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?” (Hebrews 9:14).  The unsanctified EAR will be dominated by the inner voice of self.  The unsanctified HAND will reach out to satisfy the fleshly appetites.  The unsanctified FOOT will delight to walk in the ways of the world.  These are the three great avenues of approach which satan makes the human race - inflate the ego, [Edging God Out] and love the world. 

     Jesus was victorious in all three such attempts as recorded in Luke 4:3-10.  Christ makes His victory possible for all saints who trust His Holy Spirit to apply His blood.  The Spirit and the blood are inseparable.  In Leviticus 8:30 “Moses took of the anointing oil [symbol of the Holy Spirit], and of the blood which was upon the altar, and sprinkled it upon Aaron…and upon his garments” and sprinkled it upon Aaron… and upon his garments.”  There was mingling of the oil and blood in the consecration of the priests.  There is mingling of the Spirit an the blood for cleansing and sanctifying all Christians who desire to be effective “priests unto God.”  

     There are bound ones among the people of God.  Zechariah refers to them as “prisoners out of the pit wherin is no water” (Zechariah 9:11).  God promised to deliver Jerusalem’s exiled people from their foreign captivity (Babylon) by “the blood of thy covenant.”  Jerusalem represents the people of God, His Body.  Babylon represents the religious systems of men.  God wants His people out of dead, dry, formal religion.  The way out is through the blood.  The systems of men will crumble and the “spiritual habitation,” the Church which is His Body, will triumphantly emerge.

     DO NOT LIMIT THE POWER of the BLOOD OF CHRIST to what you understand.  There is no greater mystery in the Christian life than the worth and power of His blood.  Apply it by faith.  Be a child of God who practices the “sprinkling of the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.”  Sprinkle it anywhere there is evidence of pressure, tension or any kind of satanic effort to thwart the complete will of God in your life.  God wants it for a witness, “And to Jesus the mediator or the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things…”  (Hebrews 12:24).  PRAISE THE LORD THE BLOOD SPEAKS!

Honor The Blood Pt #1

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

     The Lord compares the intense, battles of the Christian life with floods.  “When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him” (Isaiah 59:19).  A flood comes in waves – wave after wave.  It mercilessly battles whatever is in its way.  Sometimes the sinister buildup is evident.  At other times it comes unannounced in a tidal wave.  It is out to do damage.

     The flood strategy of the archenemy, satan, is to leave a wake of destruction, to make debris out of God’s design.  He made a shambles out of David’s morals.  Peter was swept off his feet by waves of worldly fellowship as he warmed himself at the enemy’s fire, by blasphemy, and by outright denial of his faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.  Demas was submerged in his love for the world.  The same satanic strategy is successfully used against the saints of today.  His “wiles” and “darts” are innumerable.

     Floods referred to, in connection with the enemy, cover a wide area of satanic intrigue.  They are vile and vicious.  satan, their instigator, is a murderer.  He is out to kill.  He wrecks family love.  He divides husbands and wives.  He attacks the human body.  He robs the mind of sweet peace.  Anxiety, fear worry, hate, jealousy, and vain imaginations are just a few of his methods of breaking down the spiritual and physical life in the saint of God.

     There is no saint, weak or strong, who goes unnoticed by the Destroyer.  satan’s “flood” approach is no match for soulish ingenuity.  The strongest efforts of resistance will crumble under the force of hell’s fury when met by any other than God’s way.

Blessed Remedy

      “The Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.”  What is that “standard”?  It is blessed Calvary.  The accomplishment of the shed blood of Christ on the cross can meet any raging “flood” emergency in the spiritual life of the believer at any time, anywhere and successfully deal with it.  It is the effective answer to all of satan’s onslaughts.

     There must be a personal application of the blood of Christ in order to stem the tide of spiritual destruction in the life of the child of God.  It was said of Moses that, “Through faith he kept the Passover, and the sprinkling of [the] blood, lest he that destroyed the firstborn should touch them” [Hebrews 11:28] It is a personal matter.  “The blood shall be to you for a token” [Exodus 12:13].  “When I see the blood, I will pass over you” [Exodus 12:13].  The blood applied by sprinkling, was all that was required for peace of mind and test of heart.  It took away all fear of the destroying angel.  It was not mere interest in the blood, nor belief in its power, nor appreciation of its worth that availed.  It was the applied blood that counted.  Truth was translated into action.  So it is with the blood of the Lord Jesus.  It is effective against satanic floods when applied by faith.  A proper application of His blood to a given situation, if the believer is operating from a cleansed position, always brings deliverance.  It never fails.

     The blood of animals used in the Jewish sacrifices was symbolic.  It had no power in itself.  A type resembles the antitype but is inferior to it.  It presents a figure of the real.  It is a shadow of the substance.  The blood of animals did not have power to cleanse, shelter, or preserve.  The slain lamb of the Old Testament was a picture of the slain Lamb of God of the New Testament.  By observing the various rituals, the Old Testament people of God were testifying to their faith in the coming Messiah whose blood would redeem and sanctify them.  What is the New Testament counterpart of these Old Testament ceremonies?  They made much of the blood.  How do we make much of the blood?  They covered many things with the blood of animals.  How do we cover things with the blood of Christ?  These are important questions.  As we look with the eye of faith we can see much blood in the tabernacle ministry in the wilderness which was a pattern of the church which is His Body.  As Christ, the Head of the church looks at us individually and corporately does He see His blood honored?

      “And they overcame him [satan] by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto death.” (Revelation 12:11).  The Holy Spirit, Who is the Infallible Teacher, will make real to each one, His way of working this “mystery” of the wonder-working power of the blood of Christ to meet every thrust of satan.  In this verse He has given three general guidelines.

1. The basis of our power and authority over all the enemy; “The blood of the Lamb.”
2. The word of our testimony.  This is the practical application of our belief in the “the blood of the Lamb:”   When the conflict is close and fierce with the adversary, our testimony will be directed to him.  Jesus practiced this truth.  Under the protection of the blood of Christ and with the authority vested by Christ himself, unafraid and unflinchingly notify satan that he is a defeated foe, that he has no right or power in a given situation because you are moving against him and his activity with the “standard” provided by God, the precious blood of Christ.  God promised His people that when He saw the blood He would deliver.  God will keep His part of the covenant.  Our responsibility is to “sprinkle the blood.” It is God’s part to deliver.
3. All aspects of the self-life must be reckoned “unto death” if satan is to be defeated.  The redeemed saint who is cleansed from sin must become a selfless saint in order to become a victorious warrior.

 
      When these three premises are met, then the child of God is able to exercise his heritage of spiritual authority.  The unlimited power of the blood of the Lord Jesus will be loosed.

Sample Blood Covering Prayer:

     Some successful warriors that I know take this simple stand of faith, “I cover my home with the blood of Jesus to protect occupants and possessions from any influence, satan that you or your evil spirits would try to exert.  I bring to bare the power of the blood of Jesus to bind you.”  It is also helpful to remind him that God said that what we “bind on earth” He would “bind in Heaven.” (Matthew 16:19)  The blood of Jesus always calls his bluff.  He was stripped of his power at Calvary.  He is utterly helpless against the blood of Christ.

     As God built a hedge around Job, which limited satan, so today He will do the same for any child of God who applies the blood to a given situation.  The blood is the hedge that stops the destroyer.  It is possible to be so hedged in by this blood-protecting wall that nothing can happen to you which is not God’s absolute will.  This is true in any area of your life.  This principle can be applied to travel to loved ones, to possessions.  It is not a ritual.  It is a living experience.

      “For the life…is in the blood” (Leviticus 17:11).  This is saying that blood contains life.  It is also stated in John 6:53, “Then said Jesus unto them, Verily, verily I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, [communion] ye have no life in you.”  It is a quickening power.  We are not only to be sprinkled with it outwardly, but we are to receive it inwardly to drink it.  This appropriation of applied blood inwardly and outwardly will bring life to an individual, to the home, and to the Body of Christ.  The lack of appropriation will bring spiritual desolation and death.

God's Greater Plan

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

     Too many people are hurting today.  The enemy is working overtime.  He knows his time is short because God is aligning everything to welcome His Bride into the kingdom of heaven.  God's people are the bride of Christ, and we must cleanse and prepare ourselves for this magnificent event.
     We have never seen a time such as this one.  Our world as we know it will soon cease to exist.  A one-world system is quickly unfolding, and a socialist society is already in the making.  God's people need to educate themselves and believe that God has a greater plan and that He also has the last word!  The just shall live by faith.  God has promised to keep us and sustain us all the days of our lives.  We must believe this.

Psalms 107:20 NASB

"He sent His word and healed them,

And delivered them from their destructions."

Where Is The Power Of God?

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

     There are many Spirit filled churches with wonderful messages, but no signs, wonders and miracles following the Word of God.  People come out feeling refreshed, but with the same aggravating problems and hindrances.
     We are missing the most important part of the gospel; to heal the sick, open blind eyes, and bring out the prisoners from darkness and spiritual oppression.

Luke 9:2 NKJ

"He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick."

John 4:48 NKJ

Then Jesus said to him, "Unless you people see
signs and wonders, you will by no means believe."

     God has already made provision by giving us a Savior, Jesus Christ and in His Name can fulfill Luke 9:2, John 4:48 and Isaiah 42:6-7.

Isaiah 42:6-7 NKJ

(6) "I, the LORD, have called You in righteousness,

And will hold Your hand;

I will keep You and give You
as a covenant to the people,

As a light to the Gentiles,
(7) To open blind eyes,

To bring out prisoners from the prison,

Those who sit in darkness from the prison house."

Pray:

     Father, bring back to our churches the demonstration of Your miraculous power to heal and set people free.  Transform our lives, by Your power every time we gather in Your Name, and not hinder what the Holy Spirit desires to do in our midst.  - AMEN and AMEN.

Take Authority

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

     The Bible clearly reveals to us, that all citizens of the kingdom of heaven have been given supernatural authority over ALL the wicked power of the enemy.
     The problem is that too many Christians do not know how to get free from hindering habits or situations they have been placed in through temptation or wrong choices.   They have no idea how to use their kingdom authority.
     Today we have to hear the words and commands of Jesus coming out of God's people, breaking the crowds, commanding evil spirits to loose the people, sickness and disease to let go their grip, blinded eyes and deaf ears to be opened, death to give up its young and suicidal victims, and break the curse of poverty to release Your people.
     Might I suggest you re-read the book of Acts, where the first church went through many hardships and trials.  But each one who endured to the end, will be with Jesus.  You can also review the "EZRA 7:10" files and learn much of this, I've taught on.
     God is waiting for us to take up our authority over ALL the power of the enemy, which He has already delegated to ALL born-again believers.

Luke 10:19-20 NASB

“Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you."

“Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are recorded in heaven.”

Personal Prayer:

     Abba, thank You for the authority and promise You have give us to trample evil spirits and over ALL the power of the enemy.  Nothing shall by any means hurt me.  Abba, I would also ask that Your Holy Spirit would reveal to me, the knowledge I need to reverse any curses and stand Heart and Soul for You, until Jesus comes for me.

     Abba, I would also intercede for ALL those you've placed in authority in my nation.  I hold them up to You for blessings, that they will fulfill ALL you've called them to do - In Jesus' Name and by His Blood.

     Brothers and sisters, don't give up!  Do all you know to stand, THEN STAND in Jesus.  Because greater is HE in you, than he that's in the world.
