Blessings In The New Year

SF, Stagecoach, NV

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

First, let me apologize for the last week of not updating this blog.  The weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas have been very hectic to say the least.
But I wanted you to know, I'll be back every Sunday, Wednesday and Friday as of first week of 2016 with new teaching and information - The Lord willing of course.
I feel in this New Year, the Lord wants me to teach more on your Power and Authority in Christ, that every believer has - if you believe it.  Also, the reason you may not be getting your prayers answered and why attacked so badly for some.
For now, I want to BLESS you in this coming New Year with a double portion of wisdom and knowledge to fight the good fight of faith.

Blessing - Sandy
The Lord's Servant
2 Corinthians 1:3-7
3   "Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;
4  Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
5  For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.
6  And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.
7   And our hope of you is stedfast, knowing, that as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be also of the consolation."

Natan's U-Tube for Christians or Israel?

SF, Stagecoach, NV

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

There is much in U-Tube for Christians, especially for prophecy, but some is for Jews only; like Natan, who is a 15 year old boy, who died for 15 min and saw Heaven and hell plus some future events.  It's in Hebrew, but they have English words written below - so if you check this one out, be sure to click on your language to understand.
This U-Tube of Natan is not the only one I've heard with the exception that most of what Natan received is for Israel and Jerusalem - only a small portion (prophecy at the end) is for Christians.
You can search Lyn Leahz at www.utube.com/user/lynLeahz and she has Natan's breakdown too.  I don't agree with all her interpretations, but it can be hard to read the English version above.  I found this interesting, that the Lord is giving a Jew this experience now. Hopefully it will open their eyes.  I know many who have been in Heaven or Hell from America and have CD's or Books on what they saw.  They are just as interesting.
Some major statements that show it's for America:

  1. President Obama will start WW3
  2. He will also call marshall law throughout America, so we will not vote for a new president in Nov. 2016.  (We've heard this before.)
Some major statements that show it's for Jews only VS Christians:

  1. They are to repent (Christians & Messianic Jews are forgiven when they accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord & Savior for past sins, then just need to ask for any new sin each day.  John 3:16)
  2. They are not to follow "Religion"  (We are to have a personal "relationship" with Jesus.  Jesus was also against  the Pharaicees & Sadducees "Religion".  Matt 3:7)
  3. Read and DO the Torah.  (Read His Holy Bible - the Word)
  4. Work more for their Redemption.  They have the "Book of Remembrance" that will hopefully balance the scales in judgment if they do more good works.  (Our sins are forgiven when we A.S.K. (Matt 7:7)  For our goodness is as filthy rags the Bible Says (Isaiah 64:6), so it's impossible for us to be good in God's eyes.  Our works, bring us rewards in heaven, not acceptance.)
  5. They will suffer a quick "movie" of their sins and good works, both will be measured on a scale.  IF their good works out weight the bad, they will be allowed in Heaven.  And go to school to learn what they missed on earth.  (I'm not sure if we'll see a movie or not, but Christians will not have to balance any scales!  Also, there may be many Christians who will go to school since their Bible knowledge may be lacking.)
  6. Natan's prophecies seem to be ALL mixed with; Life, Rapture, 7-yr tribulation, 2nd Coming, and Millennium.
Note: Natan has had NO previous religious teaching or training prior to this revelation, which explains his confusion, but he's going to now!

Blessing to you and your family

Do You Fear Death?

SF, Stagecoach, NV

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

I'm not a Theologian, but Daddy (God) has given me a common sense mind - even if some think I'm crazy (lol) - the world does anyway.
I've loved the Lord since I was about 3.  In fact, I wanted to be a nun, as for that, it took Daddy  27 years to get me back.  PTL - He did.  We were all born for this time, with a purpose.  There are 5 different ministries, He'll use us for, all listed in Ephesians 4:11-13.  In verse 12 we see WHY, "for the equipping of the saints for the work of service".  So we can help our brothers & sisters when needed, or verse 13, until we all attain the belief and unity in Jesus and become mature in that."
He continues to reveal Himself in so many different ways, I know He's never left me, because He's not a man that He should lie (Numbers 23:19).  It assures me to know that.
The definition of "DEATH" is when our "spirit leaves our body", Jesus called it sleeping (John 11:11).   So, death is our spirit leaving, not our body, so our body dies, but our spirit does not.  We live Forever.  And we're promised;  "we are of good courage, I say, and prefer rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord." (2 Corinthians 5:8).  So why should we fear what's coming?  Unless you've never given your life to Christ?  Think about it - Greater is He that's in you, than he that's in the world - PTL!
Redemption is easy to receive; 1) ASK the Lord to forgive you, for you have sinned against God and man.  2) ASK Him into your heart to change whatever is unpleasing to Him.  3) ASK Him for the baptizim of the Holy Spirit.  Then just praise Him for accepting you into the Family of God, He's waiting for you and the angels are rejoicing you ASKED!  (John 3:16-18).
Many claim Christianity; because they went to church, because their parents were Christian, because they live a moral life, or just in case the Bible is right, etc.  But unless you ASK Him into your heart, it won't matter.  You WILL NOT ENTER THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN!  YOU MUST have a cleansed (changed) heart and there must be change in you life to reflect that change.  The Bible is very specific; God searches the mind and heart when His children ASK, (Revelation 2:23).  If you're not sure, I'd ask again to be sure, by ASKing the 3 steps above.
It's normal to grieve for a loved one who sleeps.  I still think of my grandparents on both sides and my parents.  But now, knowing they're in Heaven with Jesus our Lord, I have the assurance of being with them young and vibrant for eternity.  So I rejoice for them and eagerly await my time to see them and my Lord.
This may sound strange to you, but I believe our spirits come from Heaven, because the angels were once called "Sons of God" till the fall and we were created by Daddy now called "Sons of God" (Romans 8:14).  The only difference is we have to choose, freely to spend eternity with Daddy and our Lord Jesus, unlike the angels, Hebrews or Jews, created for Abba Father.  Daddy breathed life (spirit) into Adam.
You only have one other option, eternity in hell and there won't be any virgins waiting for you, no parties, drugs, and the worst - NO EXITS just your body abused for their lusting pleasures!  Anyway, that death we don't want!  Since our Soul NEVER DIES, do you know where yours will go?
My purpose for this word was to comfort my Brothers & Sisters who have been, and are being martyrs for Christ in the Middle East.  Keep in mind Revelation 6:9-11
9  "And when he opened the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of them that had been slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: 10  and they cried with a great voice, saying, How long, O Master, the holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
11  "And there was given them to each one a white robe; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little time, until their fellow–servants also and their brethren, who should be killed even as they were, should have fulfilled their course."  For they will be justified!  This may sound terrible, but what you're going through, for your stand with Jesus, America is starting to go through it too.  Christians are on the presidents and homeland security radar now.  And praying for you, gives us an advantage of Luke 6:38 to claim when it gets as bad for us.
Know that our prayers are always with you to be comforted, your family needs met and your crowns prepared of; Life (James 1:12), Righteousness (2 Timothy 4:8) and Glory (1 Peter 5:4).  That we will throw at the throne of Jesus (Revelation 4:10-11)

I'll close this with a specific prayer for you, all nations & all prodigals.

Abba Father, I would ask that You would lift the veil off those in trouble or in pain.  Please give them the revelation they need to get through each day.  (Jeremiah 33:6)
For Godly people to be in their pathway each day to bless them.  (Romans 12:14, 1 Corinthians 4:12)
I would also ASK that the Holy Spirit hovers over them and protects them.  (2 Thessalonians 3:3)
That You would cast down anything in them that exalts itself against the knowledge of You Abba.  (2 Corinthians 10:5)
I would ask Your angels to take down any and all known strongholds, thought patterns, opinions on religion, materialism or fear.  (2 Corinthians 10:3-6)
According to Your Word, I would BIND satan from taking them captive and to BIND all wicked thoughts and lies satan would try to place in their mind.  (Matthew 18:18)
Finally, I would ask that You cover them as they dress themselves with Your Armor so You would be with them.  (Ephesians 6:11-13)
In Jesus Name, and by His Blood I would ask these things, for my Brothers and Sisters around the world.  (John 14:13)
Amen & Amen  (So be it - Let it be.)

Blessings to you and your families.
The Lord's Servant

Intensified

KS, Carson City, NV

My Own,

You are MY Heart.  I should be your heart.  I hear your prayers for the lost and prodigals in your own families.  Your desire is for them to return to ME or to be saved.  That is MY Desire, also.  I cherish your prayers and I want to give you your heart's desires.  I AM Faithful to MY Word.
I AM going to intensify MY Dealings with your disobedient family members!  I will use what I need to apply pressure on those taking there own stubborn direction in the path that leads away from ME.  I will also put angels to block their paths, as I did with Balaam (Numbers chapter 22).  I will sever the bonds that bind these wayward ones.  I will cut off anything or anyone that entices these foolish ones o stumble or leave ME.

Matthew 18:19 NKJ
19  "Again I say unto you, that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything
that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father who is in heaven.
20  For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them."

Desire A Heavenly Country

KS, Carson City, NV

My Children,

I know you.  I know those who are Mine.  I know the backsliders and prodigals.  I know those who are soon to become Mine.  I even know those I have created for evil!  I know ALL.  I AM Omniscient!  I AM Almighty God.
These are end times.  You know the signs I gave.  I told you when you see these signs, that you are to look up and lift your heads, because your redemption draws near.   Many are not!
What is it that causes you to look everywhere but up?  There is nothing on earth that you should put before Me.  This is not your home.
Be careful about desiring to see a future on earth.  You will get your wish and it won't be pretty.
Hebrews 11:16 NKJ
" But now they desire a better, that is, a heavenly country. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has prepared a city for them."

A Love Letter by (Unknown) To Their Family

DH, Silver Springs, NV

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

One of my brothers at Prayer Meeting last Tuesday, found this letter in some boxes he had.  Thought those of you who have lost loved ones, would be comforted by it - Blessings

To My Dearest Family & Friends

Somethings I'd like to say but first of all to let you know that I arrived okay.  I'm writing this from Heaven where I dwell with God above, where there's no more tears or sadness, there is just eternal love.  Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight, remember I am with you every morning, noon and night.  That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through, God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."  It's good to have you back again you were missed while you were gone, as for your dearest friends and family, they'll be here later on.  I need you here so badly as part of My big plan, there's so so much we have to do to help our mortal man.
Then God gave me a list of things, He wished for me to do, and foremost on the list of mine, is to watch and care for you.  And I will be beside you every day and week and year and when you're sad I'm standing there to wipe away the tear.  And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight, God and I are closest to you, in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years, because you're only human they are bound to bring you tears.  But do not be afraid to cry, it doesn't relieve the pain, remember there would be no flowers unless there was some rain.  I wish that I could tell you of all that God has planned but if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.  But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o're I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
And to my many friends, trust God to know what's best, I'm still not far away from you, I'm just beyond the crest.  There are many rocky roads and many hills to climb, but together we can do it taking one day at a time.  It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too, so as you go into the World, so the World will give to you!  If you can help somebody in sorrow or pain, then you can say to God at night, my day was not in vain.
And now I am contented, that my life it was worthwhile, knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.  So if you need somebody who is down and feeling low, just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.  When you are walking down the street and you've got me on your mind, I'm walking in your footsteps, only half a step behind.  And when you feel the gentle breeze or the wind upon your face, that's me giving you a great big hug or  just a soft embrace.
And when it's time for you to go from the body to be free, remember you not going, you are coming home to me.  And I will always love you from the land way up above; so we'll be in touch again soon...
     P.S.  God sends His love.
Remembering each and every one of you in Love!

See you next Sunday
 Blessings - Sandy

What Is Faith?

SF, Stagecoach, NV
Dear Brothers & Sisters,

The Bibles definition of faith is:
Hebrews 11:1-3
1  “Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for (desire of your heart), the conviction (belief) of things not seen2  For by it the men of old gained approval (for God is a joyful giver)3 By faith we understand (receive knowledge) that the worlds were prepared
by the word of God,
so that what is seen was not made out of
things which are visible (what the world provides).”

Notice that the Word doesn’t say; today, tomorrow or yesterday, but right NOW you can start.  Yes, we can’t see it, but we can’t see air or our ministering spirits either, but both exist to help us live, or we would not survive.  In my walk with the Lord, I think maybe the scripture we should start with for a better understanding should be:
Proverbs 3:5-7
5  Trust in Jehovah (believe He’s able) with all thy heart, And lean not upon thine own understanding:(Don’t try to figure it out)  6  In all thy ways acknowledge him (Recognize what He gives you), And he will direct thy paths7  Be not wise in thine own eyes; Fear Jehovah, (the only One we should fear!) and depart from evil8  (Why?) It will be health to thy navel, And marrow to thy bones9  Honor Jehovah with thy substance (give when He tells you to give), And with the first–fruits of all thine increase: (change your tithe and offering with the increase)  10  So shall thy barns be filled with plenty (more than what you need), And thy vats shall overflow with new wine (that’s non-alcoholic wine).

If we start here, it explains more of what Faith is.  TRUST as children, like we trusted our parents to; feed, cloth, guide, and protect us.  That’s exactly what our Heavenly Daddy has promised.  The world has stopped trusting Him, but Daddy will reset the world one day, so He’s looking for individuals who will choose to share the restored world to rule and reign with Him.  Almost all government leaders have departed from our Daddy.  Not doing what the Word says; “Train up a child in the way he should go, Even when he is old he will not depart from itProverbs 22:6, so we’ve had generations not being trained for various reasons.  Becoming dependent on the world, but there is still time to re-train ourselves now.
We see or hear ideas from others, seeking our own ways, using our own brains.  Many have forgotten Daddy.  It’s like we’ve been drugged and left home, only to find ourselves on the streets begging for bread.  Yet it is Daddy’s will to outdo whatever your earthly parents can do.  As stated in Matthew 7:9-11.  9 "Or what man is there among you who, when his son asks for a loaf, will give him a stone10  "Or if he asks for a fish, he will not give him a snake, will he?  "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him!”
NO, Daddy’s Will for ALL his children is stated in 3 John 1:2  Beloved (that’s YOU!), I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.  In this verse, what can stop you from prospering and being healthy?  Only if you are not in His Word, learning and growing.
2016 is going to be very hard year on Daddy’s children, no matter where you live.  The twerp (satan) has already destroyed; prayer in schools, the right to life, peace in retirement and our economy shutting down, especially in America, which must happen.  Worry and fear has replaced our Joy, for the strength of the Lord is missing from many,  yet Daddy says they’ll be another world war #3 is coming soon and rather than let your mind turn to hatred, ask our Father to help you and your family, to LOVE those at war with you.  Keep in mind, it’s not the soldiers to hate, because they are just being used by the Twerp for his war.     Let our Lord’s 2nd Commandment guide your steps, Mark 12:31  "The second is this, ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.’ There is no other commandment greater than these."  That means saved or unsaved.
Along with many other Love scriptures and actions we’re to take, 1 Corinthians 13:1-13, the Love Chapter, Luke 6:35-36   35 "But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High; for He Himself is kind to ungrateful and evil men.  36  "Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.”  Also 1 Peter 4:8-10  8  Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins (including yours)9  Be hospitable to one another without complaint10  As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
Remember, the sin of the world will be replaced with a New Garden of Eden, the plans are set.   Daddy will take care of you and me – Fear NOT, but TRUST in Him, He’ll never leave you or forsake you as promised in Deuteronomy 31:6.  As you TRUST Him, your FAITH will increase, because you’ll be walking on His narrow path, don’t make the Lord have a donkey tell you what to do Numbers 22:24-28.

Blessings to you and your family

To Forgive, Or Not To Forgive - That Is The Question

SF, Stagecoach. NV

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

Believe me, the hardest thing to want to do is forgive someone who has hurt you - no matter what they've done.
But let me caution you with several reasons why it's smart to choose to the Lord's way.
     1)  The Word says Matthew 6:14-15  "For if you forgive others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
"But if you do not forgive others, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions."  It's your choice, but let's look at the reasons why you should.
     2)  Our brain is like a computer and when you turn it off, it stores all your settings and information that day, and your brain works the same way.
The Word says Ephesians 4:26-27  " BE ANGRY, AND yet DO NOT SIN; do not let the sun go down on your angerand do not give the devil an opportunity.   So the reason is, if you end your day with anger, you'll give the devil a chance to harm you; spirit, soul or body.
How in the world do you get angry and not sin?  It's true, if we Ask, Seek & Knock, we'll find the answer in His Word (Matthew 7:7).  When I did, I found Deuteronomy 23:22-23  “However, if you refrain from vowing (speaking), it would not be sin in you.  You shall be careful to perform what goes from your lips (always), just as you have voluntarily vowed to the Lord your God, what you have promised.”  Yes, out of the mouth, the heart speaks and look what happened to Moses.  In his anger, he hit the rock twice and missed his chance to dwell in the promise land.  Never let your anger speak for you.
     3)  As we discussed in the Emotion series, anger opens the door to the twerp (satan) - which is NOT good!  Plus your anger will eat away at you.  Like high blood pressure, ulcers, stress, etc, all of which we don't need.
     4)  Why?  When we forgive someone, our hurt is removed, we give it to the God and He heals it.  We don't forgive because they were wrong, but because the Lord said in; Romans 12:19  Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written, "VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY," says the Lord.  Truly, it's better to let our Lord handle it.
     5)  We're told in Luke 6:28  "bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you."  Not to speak ill of them, or tell others what they've done to you.  Just calmly go to the Lord and forgive them asking Him to take away the pain and bless them.  Occasionally the Holy Spirit may remind you of that person, so ask the Lord to bless them again with whatever their need is.
     6)  The wonderful news is - you may have the memory of what they've done, but the pain is gone.
     7)  Many believe that you should be best buds with them, but that's not what the Word says in Matthew 10:16-17.  "Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves; so be shrewd as serpents and innocent as doves."  For me, I stay clear of them unless God the Holy Spirit tells me otherwise, if that happens, just do it.  The Lord always has a reason for what He tells us to do.
I will close with what you should dwell on - promising a much better day then dwelling on what the twerp wants you to!

Philippians 4:8-9 KJV
8  "Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honorable, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
9  The things which ye both learned and received and heard and saw in me, these things do: and the God of peace shall be with you."

Blessings to you and yours,
The Lord's Servant - Sandy

We Need To Pray For More….

Dear Brothers & Sisters in Christ,

I was watching this video online, at: http://www.daystar.com/ondemand/video/?video=3629869655001.  It’s only 28 minutes and well worth watching.  Here are some of the highlights:

POWER in Hebrew = Dunamis = Dynamite Explosive Power of God.
AUTHORITY in Hebrew = Exousia = Highest Rule of Law, forced dominance of a situation.

The Bible miss translates these two words occasionally.  Such as in Psalm 23:4  ROD in Hebrew there was, Strong’s 07626 jbv shebet shay’- bet, meaning an actual rod, staff, branch, offshoot, club, sceptre, tribe (an item, rather than purpose used for.)  The same was done for STAFF, it listed the item, not the purpose.
Whereas the ROD in a shepherds day, was to beat off the animals who would attack the sheep, and STAFF was used for the shepherds to have authority over the sheep.
When POWER is used, it impacts the visible world.  This POWER is used for Miracles and Healing, restoring what the enemy did, once gone.
When AUTHORITY is used, it impacts all demons to leave.  Such as infirmities and other ungodly spirits and they tremble when you do this!
Luke 10:19-20 NKJ
19  "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
20  "Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven."

Many ask for more POWER, Luke 10:19, but it takes AUTHORITY to trample the issues of darkness – and that takes EXOUSIA.  But once the darkness has left, the damage they’ve done takes DUNAMIS (God’s) POWER to heal or receive a creative miracle.

So, I recommend you 1) watch John Paul Jacksons' video and decide for yourself – “What should you be praying for First.”
     2) Depending on what’s needed, use the correct words of prayer, either EXOUSIA (Authority) if casting out an evil spirit.  OR DUNAMIS (Power) for miracles and healing, restoring the damage done.
Praying in the correct verbiage, the Word, is what we’re told to do – IN THE NAME OF JESUS!

Blessings to you and your family
The holidays are here and soon the Lord! PTL!

Wake-Up

KS, Carson City

My Beloved,

I Love you.  You are MY Body, MY Church, and I will call you home very soon.  Stay close to ME.  Do not allow thoughts of what you could have on earth in the future deter you or distract you from walking with ME.  That is the enemy's goal.  For I tell you now that your citizenship is in heaven.
The world situation will not go back to the nicer days you remember.  Instead you see those calling evil good, and good evil; they put darkness for light, and light for darkness; they put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!  You see perilous times in these last days.  You see evil men and impostors waxing worse and worse.  They deceive and are being deceived.
Wake up, those are  great signs to show you that you are upon the beginning of tribulation.  You see many falling away from God's truth, the apostasy.  You hear of apocalypse means revelation; you have seen the signs of the end, line up before your eyes.  These are listed in Matthew 24, you know them!
I will call you home before I pour MY Wrath on sinners.  You do not want to be on earth when I do this.
Look it up, it is in the book of Revelation for a warning to all!  Read it MY Children.

Revelation 5:9-12 NKJ
9  "And they sang a new song, saying: "You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood Out of every tribe and tongue
and people and nation,
10  And have made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth."
11  Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands,
12  saying with a loud voice: "Worthy is the Lamb who was slain To receive power and riches and wisdom, And strength and honor and glory and blessing!"

Philippians 3:20-21 NKJ
20  "For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for
the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,
21  who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself."

Lessons From MATTHEW 27:3-52, 28:11-20

SF, Stagecoach, NV

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

The Lord has me re-reading The Book of Matthew and I think I've been more surprised about how many of Jesus' words I use daily to fight or claim His will in my life.  It’s amazing, yet the Word tells us to stir-up our spirit and meditate on His Word daily.  This truly keeps our focus on “Who’s we are.”
Some things that are in Matthew are not in any of the other Gospels - so I thought I'd outline them for you to review first.  Hope you enjoy this study as much as I am.  I'll continue this study on Wednesday, Nov 18th.

Acts 29:1-The End My brothers and sisters we cannot stay as casual Christians, we must grow and bear more fruit to withstand the attacks from the enemy coming.  Matthew has many scriptures to stand on.  Let the Holy Spirit show you.
Ever wonder why a non-believer cannot read the Word?  It’s because they don’t have the Holy Spirit to interpret the Word for them, until they receive the anointing from Jesus, as does anyone, who asks Jesus into their heart (1 John 2:18-24) will receive.  Yes, I know there is no Acts 29 anything, for we are the Acts of the disciples and church now.  I wonder what will be written about us in His Book of Remembrance (Malachi 3:16)?  Concerning our obedience to Christ and His Church?  What we accomplished and the miracles used thru us?  Did we walk in His covenant and promise of Exodus 34:10
“Then God said, "Behold, I am going to make a covenant. Before all your people I will perform miracles which have not been produced in all the earth nor among any of the nations; and all the people among whom you live will see the working of the LORD, for it is a fearful thing that I am going to perform with you."
Tell me, are you expecting this to happen for you?  If not, start praising the Lord for His covenant promise and claim it for yourselves.  He says YOU WILL, but WILL YOU choose to be His hands or what He needs for others to see the working of the Lord through you?

Matthew 27:
3-10 The death of Judas.  Can you believe Jesus actually kept a thief within His ministry?  He did and you can bet He knew Judas was going to turn Him in after the Passover meal.  This prophecy was from Zechariah 11:12-13, so He knew.
We have trouble dealing with people who don’t agree with us, even in church.  Let alone one who would turn us in to the authorities, to be judged and hung.
I may believe in Pre-Tribulation for rapture, but some also believe in Mid-Tribulation or Post-Tribulation.  Who’s right?  We’ll all know the truth when it happens, it should not become a bone of contention between us, but I believe in the scripture in Romans 5:9 “Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him. And since I’m justified by His blood – I will be saved from the wrath of God.
Also, after Revelation chapter 3, the church is not mentioned again.

27:19 The dream of Pilate’s wife.  Pilate seemed more concerned about political expediency than about doing what was right.  He had several opportunities to do what’s right.  His conscience told him Jesus was innocent.  Roman law said an innocent man should not be put to death, and his wife had a troubling dream.  Pilate had no reason to put Jesus to death, except he was afraid of the crowd.
Crowds are fickle.  They loved Jesus on Sunday, because they thought He was going to start His kingdom.  Then they hated him on Friday when His power appeared broken.  In the face of the mass uprising against Jesus, his friends were afraid to speak up.
Would you have?  Or would you be silent, fearing for your own life?  The disciples did not have the NT, so they couldn’t read Revelation 12:11, but you can.  It was mandatory that Jesus went through His suffering and death, as prophesied in Isaiah 53:4-9 to fulfill the OT scriptures of the coming Messiah.

27:52-53 Other resurrections.   Can you imagine the fear back then – or even today, to see graves opened and the dead rising?  They went into the cities for many to see them.
Wow, can you imagine a strange man or woman coming to you saying, hi honey I’m your great-great grandparent, see you soon, keep the faith, there is eternity with God, but Jesus is the only way to heaven?

Matthew 28:
11-15  Bribery of the guards.  Jesus’ resurrection was already causing a great stir in Jerusalem.  A group of women were moving quickly through the streets looking for the disciples to tell them the news that Jesus was alive.  At the same time, a group of religious leaders were plotting how to cover up the resurrection, by bribing the guards.  It had to be a very good bribe, because the guards would be killed if they fell asleep on duty or lost what they were protecting.
Today there is still a great stir over the resurrection, and there are still only two choices – to believe Jesus rose from the dead otherwise; denying it, ignoring it, or trying to explain it away.  Either way, believe it or not – it’s our choice.

19-20 The baptism emphasis in the Great Commission.  We are to go – whether it is next door or to another country – and make disciples.  It is not an option, but a command to all who call Jesus “Lord.”  We are not all evangelists in the formal sense, but we have all received gifts that we can use to help fulfill the Great Commission.  As we obey, we have comfort in the knowledge that Jesus is always with us and in many cases, your testimony is all that’s needed.
The disciples were to baptize people because baptism unites a believer with Jesus Christ in his or her death to sin and resurrection to a new life.  Baptism represents submission to Christ and a willingness to live God’s way and identification with God’s covenant people.
The word Trinity is not used in the Bible, but when you are commanded to baptize in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit it does describe the 3 parts (Trinity) of God.

Blessings to you and your family

Lessons From MATTHEW 1:20-24, 2:1-18

SF, Stagecoach, NV
Dear Brothers & Sisters,

The Lord has me re-reading The Book of Matthew and I think I've been more surprised about how many of Jesus' words I use daily to fight or claim His will in my life.  It’s amazing, yet the Word tells us to stir-up our spirits and meditate in His Word daily.  This truly does remind us of who's in control of our life.
Some things that are in Matthew are not in any of the other Gospel - so I thought I'd outline them for you to review first.  Hope you enjoy this study as much as I am.  I'll continue this study on Sunday, Nov 15th.

John The Baptist
John was prophesied in Isaiah 40:30, to prepare the way for Jesus, their Messiah.
John wanted the people coming for baptism to see the religious men, they were following.  Although times were different, many today are doing the same today, but we call them governments and denominations, not “religious” leaders.  Differences split denominations, as they do today.  For instance:
Pharisees: were men who were more religiously minded, yet they behaved as though their own religious rules were just as important as God’s rules for living.  Keep in mind, their rules were “man-made” in other words, what they believed should be added to God’s ways, to make you work for your salvation, by being perfect.  Their piety was often hypocritical and their efforts often forced others to try to live up to standards they themselves could/would not live under, so they turned away from “religion”.  Many have left the church for the same reasons.
Needless to say, we have the same problem with many denominational (man-made) rules who disagreed on how to interpret the Bible.  So they made changes; some harder to live with and others easier to follow.
Sadducees: Believed strongly in the Mosaic Law and in Levitical purity.  They were more practically minded than the Pharisees.  But, they relied on (worldly) logic while placing little importance on faith.  They didn’t believe all the Old Testament (OT) was God’s Word.  Nor did they believe in the resurrection, eternal life, angels or demons.  They were often willing to go with the flow of the rulers of that day (Romans).
Although the groups disliked and distrusted each other, they became allies in their common hatred for Jesus.
Tip: Are you following a religious leader who teaches anything other than Jesus’ virgin birth, death, resurrection and His Love walk?  Jesus never went with the religious leaders, because He had a personal relationship with His Father, and wants the same for us, a personal relationship with Him.  For He is the light of the world we should follow (Matthew 5:14, John 8:12, John 9:5) and promises no darkness in Him.

     Passages and subjects in Matthew:
1:20-24 about Joseph’s dream.  How through hardships he learned to mature in the Love of God and forgiveness of his fellow brothers.  How he learned to interpret dreams, be wise enough to handle the economical tribulation coming to Egypt that would take him to a place, saving all of his family and today’s nation of Israel.
Tip: Notice how God doesn’t do a blessing for just one person, but affects many others and generations to come who receive them.
2:1-12, The visit of the magi because Jesus was born.  And all they did was follow a bright star to Bethlehem, years in advance.
2:13-15, Bringing Mary and Joseph 3 gifts that would finance their escape to Egypt for a year or two, preserving the life of Jesus until king Herod was dead.
2:16-18, Herods' slaughter of all children 2 years or younger to kill Jesus.  Because Herod was king by human appointment, fearing he’d loose his kingdom to Jesus, because He was king by a divine appointment.
Tip:  Unsaved Mankind and satan are always afraid of what God can and has done for those who have believed on God and Jesus.  The enemy may have some power, BUT we have God’s armor and ALL Authority over him – IF we use it.  We'll discuss the "how to" as we go further into Matthew.

Blessings to you and your families

The Stubborn

KS, Carson City, NV

My People,

So many stubborn ones are going their own way.  Don't you know, stubborn ones, that man's way IS and always has been, the wrong way?
You continue to go in the opposite direction from ME.  The time comes, and is even upon you, that you no longer have much time to return to ME!  Do you think you can do what you want and that a reckoning will not come?  I warn you that I will deal with you very soon.
I have dealt with stubborn people in past history, and I will deal with you stubborn ones in the present and future.
Take MY Warnings to heart, for you will not like it when I deal with you.  Come to ME now.

Revelation 3:19 NKJ

"As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten.
Therefore be zealous and repent."

Stand-up With The Marters

SF, Stagecoach, NV
Dear Brothers  & Sisters,

Times may not be as bad in America (YET), as it may be in your country, Christian families are being persecuted for their faith; in God – the Creator, God – the Son and God – the Holy Spirit.  Like us, they’ve never seen Him, but they believe and are willing to beheaded for Him, rather than believe in radical Islamic terrorists.  Are you that willing to fulfill  Revelation 12:10-11?
10  “And I heard a great voice in heaven, saying, Now is come the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, who accuseth them before our God day and night.
11  And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb, and because of the word of their testimony; and they loved not their life even unto death.”
I cried when I heard about those parents and children killed, because they refused to acknowledge Islam instead of Jesus.
Many are denying or falling away from believing in God today.  I think many are accepting those lies because they don’t remember, as the Hebrews forgot.  Remember, many generations were born in Egypt, during their 450 years of captivity.  And we’ve had almost 2,000 years of generations held captive to “religion” and various types of governments throughout the world.  Why?  Because history always repeats itself.  Keep in mind, we’re told the end will be like the beginning (Isaiah 46:9-10).
Romans 10:3  For not knowing about God’s righteousness and seeking to establish their own, they did not subject themselves to the righteousness of God.”
So many, as in Egypt lost the truth, as we have.  We’ve just gotten comfortable with following man made laws, ruling the lands where we live, not concerned if they go against God’s Word, remaining in bondage of different types.
Did you know, that when Moses left with the Hebrews, only 10% of them actually when with him?  It’s written in their history books.  That means 90% stayed and went through the 10 plagues, rather than walk with God.  Oh what foolish people we can be, not trusting our Lord to be with us always.
Will it be the same for you?  Will you choose to live in today and not worry about eternity?  Are you in bondage to any of these?  Think about this, as every prophecy about Jesus was fulfilled and confirmed in His Word, so is the return of Jesus for His saints – are you ready?
Ephesians 5:1-6  1  “Be ye therefore imitators of God, as beloved children;
2  and walk in love, even as Christ also loved you, and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for an odor of a sweet smell.
3 ¶  But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as becometh saints;
4  nor filthiness, nor foolish talking, or jesting, which are not befitting: but rather giving of thanks.
5  For this ye know of a surety, that no fornicator, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.
6  Let no man deceive you with empty words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the sons of disobedience.”
Ephesians 5: 12  For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world–rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
We truly are in a Spiritual War with satans radicals leading the charge!  So, if you belong to Christ, then stand up and be counted in the spirit and in unit as one body.  Don’t let Proverbs 14:13 become true for you.  Let’s make a loud and continuous noise in Praising our Lord, standing against His enemies.

Blessings to all of you,

#10 Dealing With Emotions – Emotional Control In A Godly Way.

SF, Stagecoach, NV

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

Topic #10 Emotional Control: Maturity & Fruitfulness
After studying your emotions and feelings these last couple of months, you may be discouraged especially, if God has convicted you of sin in your life.  REJOICE!  This proves you are sensitive and responsible to the work of the Holy Spirit in your life.  In this final lesson we will study some basic principles of developing spiritual maturity and fruitfulness – ways to strengthen that “new nature” within you.

God’s Desire:
What is God’s desire for you in these scriptures?
  1. John 15:16?
  2. Romans 8:29?
  3. Ephesians 4:12-13?
  4. Colossians 1:28?

What provisions does God make to help us develop this maturity and fruitfulness?

  1. John 14:16-17, 26?
  2. John 16:13-14?
  3. Acts 1:8?
  4. Hebrews 4:12?
  5. 2 Timothy 3:16-17?
  6. Psalm 1:1-3?
  7. Romans 5:3-5?
  8. James 1:2-4?
  9. Ephesians 4:11-13?

Circle any areas in which you are presently experiencing growth in.

What are the results of the Spirit-filled life in Ephesians 5:18-21?

What are the results of the Word-filled life in Colossians 3:16-18?

List all the results of abiding in Christ that you can find in John 15:1-14 and compare it with Psalm 91.

Sometimes our very failures or weaknesses become blessings because they make us depend more on God.  Share the experience you have had of abiding in Christ recently.

Christian Maturity:
This study has stressed the importance of developing and living a mature Christian character.  List the fruit which will result when a person is filled and controlled by the Holy Spirit.
  1. Galatians 5:22-23?
  2. John 4:35-36?
  3. Colossians 1:10?
Thank God that He is able to develop this fruit in you.

Name the process which must take place in order for us to mature spiritually in:
  1. Galatians 2:20?
  2. Ephesians 3:16-19?
  3. Colossians 3:1-3?
How has this process been experienced in your life?

In 1 Corinthians 13:1-3, 13 and Colossians 3:14 emphasize the importance of being controlled by what characteristic?

Do you need more of this virtue?  Claim Romans 5:5.

Application:
  1. Becoming like Christ involves spending time with Him (Isaiah 40:31).  How much time do you spend each day with Him in prayer and Bible Study?  ________.
  2. Are you accepting your trials and problems as one of God’s methods of bringing spiritual maturity and growth into your life?
  3. Have you asked to be filled with the Holy Spirit?  _______
    Thank Him for this provision.

Prayer:
Father, send your Holy Spirit into my heart, so that all of my emotions may be under His control and guidance.  And bring me into fruitfulness and spiritual maturity, for the sake of Your Kingdom.
Father, I give you my spirit, soul and body to change as needed to serve You.  Let me be a living sacrifice and bring Glory and Honor, that only You deserve, for the life You’ve given me. – AMEN in Jesus Name.

I pray that this study has helped you, as much as it’s helped me growing stronger and walking closer in the Lord.

Blessings – The Lord’s Servant – Sandy F.

#9 Dealing With Emotions – Selfishness & Self-pity In A Godly Way.

SF, Stagecoach, NV

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

Topic #9 Selfishness & Self-pity: Double Trouble
Selfishness has been cited as the greatest single enemy to a happy marriage. Selfishness causes strife and unhappiness in many other relationships too.

Me, Myself and I
Fill in the scriptures below with the Person and Warning-Promise with each.
                                                Person;          Warning-Promise
  1. Mark 12:41-44?
  2. Mark 10-17-22?
  3. Luke 12:16-21?
  4. Luke 7:41-48?
In 1 Timothy 6:8-10 what is described as the root of all evil?

Give examples or illustrations and how would you describe someone who has each problem?

What answer does Jesus give for the problem?
  1. Matthew 6:33
  2. Matthew 10:38-39?
  3. Mark 8:34-37?
  4. John 12:24-26?

Look at some biblical examples of unselfishness and list the Person and Warning-Promise of each:
                                                            Person;          Warning-Promise
1.     Genesis 13:5-11?
2.     Genesis 26:18-22?
3.     1 Samuel 1:24-28?
4.    John 12:3-7?
5.     Acts 2:42-47?
Can you think of other examples?

What are two specific changes you can make to become less selfish?

What should be our main interest and concern be?
  1. 1 Corinthians 10:24?
  2. 2 Corinthians 5:15?
  3. Philippians 2:4, 21?

How does this apply to your family, home, neighbor or place of work?

Self-Pity
Focusing our thoughts on ourselves, problems or failures encourages self-pity to develop.  Describe someone you know who engages in self-pity.  Do you like being with that person?

The primary cause of depression is self-pity.  Self-pity can be triggered by anger or resentment over unfair treatment, or by your adverse circumstances.  What principles are forgotten when we indulge in self-pity?
  1. Romans 8:28?
  2. 1 Corinthians 10:13?
  3. Ephesians 4:30, 32?
  4. Philippians 4:6-7?
  5. 1 Thessalonians 5:18-19?
  6. James 1:2-3?

Before you can begin to overcome self-pity or selfishness, you must recognize it as sin in God’s sight.
  1. Confess it as sin and receive God’s cleansing (1 John 1:9; Psalm 51:10)
  2. Ask God to change your patterns of thinking and reacting.
  3. Praise God for His victory (1 John 4:4, Philippians 4:13)
  4. Ask to be filled with the Holy Spirit and controlled by Him (Ephesians 5:18)

Application:
Do at least two things for others this week that you do not normally do.
Learn to confess your self-pity immediately rather than wallowing in it.
How can you develop unselfishness in your children?

Prayer:
Dear Lord, I thank you for Your unselfishness in sending Your own Son to die because of my sin.  Give us the power to overcome self in my life and to shun self-pity.  I pray with a grateful heart.  AMEN

I’ll continue Friday  11/06/15 with “Topic #10 -Dealing With Emotional Control In A Godly Way”.
